    It was an absolutely amazing experience coming to the Bmw of Bellevue getting them my car service there they provided me with a great loaners with a great prices and everything been detailed. The service manager always contacted me notifying me of any potential issues with the vehicle they gave the best prices and this is the best yet service I’ve experienced in United States

  • Damaged car during FIRST service, been ghosted since

    Brought in my BMW for the first service. I was given an estimate of 3 hours. After nearly 5 hours, I returned and approached the service team member. Only then did he let me know that during servicing they damaged the rim of my car quite significantly. They returned the car full of water spots and semi completed cleaning. While they did offer to repair it on the spot, I have not been getting any answers from the team since that day (1+ week ago at this point since the last contact). There was also no attempt at additional make good, given this will cost me another workday at least. Very very very disappointed with this and would not recommend this dealership moving forward.

    i had to have my car towed in. left it there for a week. then caught a ride over the pass 2 hours each way. they said your car is ready.. well they never did a thing. plus they sold it to me with an oil leak charged me 4 grand to fix this oil leak with out my authorization, i had brought it in for servicing.. not only would I not recommend them I would say hell no!

    The experience from the booking till the delivery date at BMW of Bellevue was excellent. Brandon was prompt with the communication and responses. On the delivery date, I came to pick up my car at 3 PM. Initially I was going to trade in my vehicle but I was offered $2k less than the used-car offer I had in my hand from CarMax. I felt the trade-in value I was quoted wasn't fair and hence I tried to negotiate but later on as they weren't ready to change the price. After which I was just sitting in Brandon's desk waiting for my paperwork to be done. I got my car at 8 PM ( closing time of the dealership ). During the waiting period, there was zero communication on what is going on, how long my paperwork is going to take. Nothing. I asked around only to find generic responses like "we are working on it". I expected better from a highly rated BMW dealership. Infact I have had better deliver experience at Hyundai which is not a luxury car dealer than at this BMW. Just for the delivery experience I would rate 0 stars if I could. My time is just as valuable as the new customers that you were catering to on that day. If you can't make the delivery, say NO but keeping your new customer waiting for 5 hours without any communication is NOT OKAY.

    Ordered and purchased a new 2025 BMW X5 hybrid from Bellevue BMW. End to end experience was great. BMW had many delays with the new hybrid version and our dealer kept me informed. Dealers also all experience at systems hack in June right when our car came in. The dealer "hand processed" all the paperwork (took a couple hours) but we got our car vs waiting days/week.

    I had a great experience at this dealership when I went in to buy a BMW X5. My salesman, Nick Sukhov, was very pleasant, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Negotiations went smoothly on both the price of the car and my trade in, and everyone I dealt with was top notch. As a woman, I have always dreaded buying a new car, and a majority of the time I have felt marginalized and unhappy with the process. This was a refreshing change. Whether I made the best deal, or not, I felt like I had, and that is the most important part! I drove away in my new car feeling very happy and carefree :-)

    What I thought was going to be a routine seasonal tire swap turned out be a full set tire purchase due to a nail in one of the tires I wasn't aware of, along with the tread wear on the tires. Jennie Mao was awesome, as usual, keeping me updated every step of the way, walking me through my options, and getting things done same-day as promised. She even personally washed my car for me! She is the reason why keep going back to Bellevue BMW Service for maintenance. Thanks, Jennie!

    I really like my new X1. However, the car had to be returned to the dealership the day after we received it. It had multiple error messages and several features that did not function properly. It took 5 hour to rectify all of the issues.

    I went their to buy a used car. Salesman was nice, but talked a lot about himself and his needs and was a little pre-occupied. I didn't feel like I was important or that my sale really mattered other than to get him closer to what he needed to make to pay his bills. He did make sure that the vehicle was nice and ready for me to drive back. In the process the fuel door was broken, so I had to buy a new one to replace it and of course it doesn't match the car color. They did offer to pay for the fuel door. I doubt I will get an offer to paint it to match. My biggest complaint was that I waited over 30 minutes and no one from the management or finance team talked to me. When they did it was to tell me I couldn't have the car until I produced insurance for that car itself, despite the fact that the purchase was for a business and I had proof of my commercial insurance. I was lucky that I have a really good broker who had to pull over on the side of the road to take care of me. While I understand this is their policy, what would have happened if I couldn't get the car insured that day due to my carrier being on the East Coast? I'd sent my ride home and didn't have another way to get back. They refused point blank to do it any other way. Not the mention the fact that they knew I came from about 2 hours away for the car. AutoNation policy or not, people ought to be informed before they make a purchase there of what is expected. Having bought a lot of vehicles for my business, this is the first time I've run into it. Sorry BMW of Bellevue I won't be back.

    My salesperson Anthony was easy to deal with friendly not pushy which is what I like in a salesman. Have a couple issues that showed up immediately after getting the vehicle home working on resolving that locally since the dealership I bought the Jeep from is 150 mi away.

  • Overall Satisfied with BMW Service, Despite Some Delays

    The primary reason for my visit was to rotate my tires and receive an updated software for my ix-50. Unfortunately, my service experience was not without its hiccups. The most significant issue was a delay in the service completion, which extended the process by an additional two days due to a wait on parts. Despite this delay, I made an effort to push for updates and communication from the service team. I appreciate that they were responsive to my inquiries, even though I had to initiate the conversation to get the information I needed. I also had to request multiple times to update by outdated software. The updated software has significantly improved my vehicle's performance and user experience, making the wait somewhat more bearable. I would still recommend BMW service for their professionalism and the quality of work, but it might be wise to prepare for potential delays and be proactive in your communication with the service team.
