Brian is great
Great sales experience
by sjkonig on 05/26/2016Mike Torchia at BMW of Bellevue is great. He was pleasant to work with, low pressure, and no-nonsense. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen.Great service from the moment I arrived.
by Braggen on 05/23/2016Great service from the gentleman that greeted me, to Sasa the service advisor, to the nice gals at the reception desk. Will definitely be back.Matt Johnsen - exceptional service
by JCPublic on 05/13/2016The service at the dealership is ok, I often have to call several times before I can get ahold of anyone and the staff that greats you varies from warm and friendly to snotty, but I will continue to use this dealership because of Matt. His… service and attention to detail make it worth my while, and money, to continue to use Bellevue BMW.Surprisingly smooth and not unpleasant car buying experience
by mcnelis1 on 05/08/2016I bought my preowned Certified 328i from BMW Bellevue last week and it was just great! I wasn't looking forward to the whole process but everything was great. From the vehicle itself which was detailed immaculately, the spiffy modern… dealership and a great sales guy Jeremy Bolstad. One other thing: as a woman buying a car I didn't feel talked down to or not taken seriously. So yeah, go buy a car at BMW Bellevue.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your review and hope we can continue serving you for many years to come.
Josh in service
by BMWforlife28 on 04/25/2016I had never taken a car to a dealership to get fixed because of horror stories I have heard in the past. Josh in service made me feel at ease and was very transparent in everything he explained to me. The price for the job was surprising… very fair and he told me a little more information on my particular vehicle and how it should be maintained in the future. I will continue to take my vehicles here as long as sometime like Josh is there that makes me feel at ease as much as he did. Great experience!Great service at BMW for Bellevue
by KarCoble on 04/05/2016updated 04/19/2016I was very pleased with the service and professionalism I recently received at BMW of Bellevue. I worked with Jason Leca and will recommend him in the future to all my friends and family. He was quick, provided impeccable follow-up and met… my car buying needs and I look forward to working with him and his team in the future on my next car! Thank you BMW of Bellevue!Mike Burns and BMW Bellevue were great
by HeelsFanGreg on 04/10/2016My salesperson Mike Burns was great. He was patient, a good listener, straightforward in his sales approach and willing to discuss the pros and cons of different vehicles and different sellers. I wasn't pressured to buy, and for me, most… importantly, Mike and everyone with whom I came in contact (finance folk, service contacts, schedulers) left me feeling welcomed to follow-up to address the few outstanding issues that come with buying a used car. The low mileage 2013 328xi was just what I was looking for.Brian Liu
by SequimGuy on 03/28/2016Called Bmw and Brian answered, explained we wanted to view the M235i xdrive. We drove in from Sequim and Brian was waiting for us and had positioned the cars up front for us to review. Bought the car, in and out in about 3 hrs. Love the… new car. We appreciate the extra time he took for two strangers ..Thanks for the feedback. It is our goal to provide a positive customer experience, and we're glad to hear that your visit was an overall pleasant one. Happy motoring!
Excellent service
by hulagirl_X1 on 02/17/2016We had a great experience with the sales person we dealt with at BMW Bellevue. The original gal I was working with online gave up on me when I keep asking her questions and quotes. I am glad we dropped by at the dealership and got a… different sales person.Thank you. We take our reviews seriously and are delighted to hear about your visit. Don't hesitate to call us if you ever need anything. Be safe on the road.
Michael Torchia Rocks!
by Yasmine9642 on 02/16/2016As a previous Audi owner, I was kind of biased to Audi, I really loved it...and was about to sign a contract with Audi Bellevue when one of my friends took me to BMW Bellevue and advised me to look at the different options there... At BMW… Bellevue, we met Michael who took us through the different BMWs he had that met my needs...his helpfulness, professionalism, and experience made my decision easy and now I'm a BMW owner :) The car was a certified pre-owned, he checked every feature with me, and responded to any issue found in a quick and professional way. I'm a very happy customer now. Thank you Michael!Great service!
by solutionaire on 11/24/2015My 2014 750iLx called home and indicated that it was time for an oil change, a battery upgrade, and a couple more small items. Nicole was fabulous, found that I was due for new windshield wipers added that to the items all of which were no… charge. Just great service, professionalism, and attitude. Highly recommend BMW Bellevue for your purchase and servicing. Fabulous Team.excellent buying experience
by kmkeenan on 10/16/2015Alvin our sales person was excellent, informed, and a great people person. He asked questions of us as to what we were looking for and was able to answer all our questions on how BMW compared to the competition. He sold us on the car… without being pushy or overbearing. He was an excellent salesperson. All around great buying experience.Thank you. We take our reviews seriously and are delighted to hear about your visit. Thank you for this feedback!
Good price, horrible service
by jason745 on 10/08/2015Let me start by saying, that I feel like I got a good price on the car. That alone is the two stars, if the review were solely on the car price, then this would be a lot higher review. However the car price + buying experience + service… experience is what I am rating. 1st off, if you want customer service and help, don't go here. Try Tacoma or Seattle. (read the reviews on those first). With that said: I had an appointment with the sales person and got there that day and she was double booked and running between two people. Very impersonal. (this should have been a clue). Whatever... So we test drove the car, never came to an agreement, I get home and an email from the sales manager offering the car at X price. I agree. Second - The buying experience - Very similar except I saw her a bit more because we had paper work to do. Our appointment was at 10am and we were promised it would all be ready. I even pointed out a few things about the car and there was no second key. I was assured this would be taken care of as well. So we end up waiting for about 45 minutes for them to get everything ready. We sign all of the papers and the items I had asked about weren't taken care of, so another 20 mins... And no second key. I was told it had to get made and would be shipped to me along with plates. This was the end of August. End of October comes around and I email my salesperson asking about these two items, no response. Beginning of October comes around and I call my sales person and she says it will get taken care of. I follow up with an email. No response. I call the dealership, I am told it just arrived and they would send it. I inquire about the key and she doesn't know. (This is now going on a month and a few days). I have to spend an hour on hold with BMW NA to speak with someone and file a complaint. A day later the key is fedex-ed to my house. My plates finally arrived today.... To this date I still haven't heard from my salesperson. So if you need anything, be prepared to jump through a lot of hoops to get it accomplished. If you don't need anything and just want a good price, try your luck. I will not be buying my next car at this dealership! My traide-in exp
by alekkantor on 10/06/2015Got a great service and overall experience!!! Michael, thank you for your dedication in providing great service!Wonderful leasing experience with Jason Leca!
by nytiger102 on 09/22/2015We had an awesome leasing experience with Jason Leca. He is very humble, honest, and he appreciates his customers. BMW of Bellevue was not hostile or deceptive which is typical of most dealerships. If you want a new BMW, please go see… Jason Leca at once for a truly humane car shopping experience! We also dealt with Charles Schaefer and their manager Nick Wilcox who were also thoroughly helpful.Lied to get our business won't stand behind the car
by carx793 on 09/21/2015Dishonest [non-permissible content removed]: sums up our experience with Bellevue BMW. Cliff notes: We purchase a certified used X5 with 38k miles from BMW of Bellevue and had it shipped to us in Texas. The car arrived with damage to… interior panels of both back doors, a dent in the side of the car, and a the drivers side seat belt installed incorrectly. We were told the car was in excellent condition prior to purchase. We immediately contacted the dealer to complain about the interior panels and dent. After 3 months, they sent a check that doesnt even cover ¼ the cost of what our local BMW dealer said it will take to make the car in the excellent condition we purchased. Bellevue BMW apparently today told our local dealer today that they are done dealing with us and refused to pay the $70 to fix the seat belt installation error. If youre looking for honesty and a dealership that stands behind the cars they sell, BMW of Bellevue is not it. Details: After using a nationwide car search through our well known military based credit union, we located a certified used 2012 BMW X5 with 38k miles at BMW of Bellevue. We reached out via email and were contacted by sales rep Alvin Ecklund. The car had all options we desired and Alvin was, at first, helpful to provide details of the car and attest to its excellent condition. Since we live in Texas(and the dealership is in Washington) we expressed concern to Alvin about purchasing car without seeing it in person. He stated that he often sold cars to out of state buyers. We asked specifically for any information or pictures about any imperfections on the car that would distinguish it from new. Alvin responded with an email that said This is in excellent condition no scratches that I saw and also inside is also in great condition. We purchased the car, and paid $1200 to the auto transport they recommended and waited for the car to arrive. Within 10 minutes of the car being unloaded from the transport my wife called me to express frustration with damage to the inside of both door panels. She also noted that Alvin signed paperwork with the transport company acknowledging a dent in the drivers side rear fender. Though the dealer apologized, it took several weeks for Bellevue to provide a reference to a local repair shop who came to look at our door panels. The repair shop, (again recommended by Bellevue) said the panels could not be repaired to excellent condition and proceeded to show us where sub-par previous repairs on the panels were already failing. We again reached out to Alvin and requested that Bellevue replace the door panels. Alvin explained in email that Great condition is what a used vehicle will be once they repair the panels for you. We escalated our complaint to the general sales manager Uwe Thuemar. After Uwe suggested that the transport company had damaged the car, he took another 4weeks to tell us that we would be getting a check for $500 to cover the cost. (It is worth noting that the transport company had the car for only 3 days. So the logic behind a company transporting this car all the way from Washington to Texas, damaging the back seat interior door panels, trying to partially repair them, and delivering it to us in the span of 3 days is ridiculous.) Further, during the first few days of ownership it became apparent that the drivers side seat belt is installed twisted. Our car is at our local dealer today for a routine oil change and some other small issues. We asked them to fix the seat belt and were explained that this is not covered under our certified used warranty since the assumption is that the car is delivered correctly. Our local dealer asked Bellevue to cover the $70 charge to correct the issue and Bellevue refused saying they are done dealing with us. We were also told the door panel replacements are $1300 EACH plus labor. So the BMW dealership needs $2700 plus labor to fix the seat belt and door panels on a certified used BMW with 38k miles that was sold to us in excellent condition. We find it hard to believe that any BMW dealership considers a 38k mile certified car with holes in the rear door panels to be acceptable, much less excellent condition. Had we known the accurate condition of this vehicle, we would not have purchased it. We will continue to work our way up through corporate, but this is ridiculous and everyone should be warned. We're disappointed by your lackluster experience at BMW of Bellevue. Our team takes pride in maintaining excellent business relations and providing our customers with quality services for their vehicles. If you would be willing, please contact our General Manager at (425) 243-5201. We'd appreciate the chance to make your experience a positive one.
Predatory Service Department
by TEM_Renton on 09/01/2015Absolutely not recommended. Zero or negative stars should exist for businesses like BMW of Bellevue. I had a recall for the passenger side airbag, which needed to go to the dealer for service. I was called by my service "consultant" to… let me know that the airbag work was complete. However, I was advised that I needed the following services performed: 1. Replacement of oil filter housing gasket 2. Replacement of VANOS line 3. Replacement of front control arm bushings 4. New coolant and brake fluid, as well as a fuel injection flush There were minor leaks from the first two items, so fair enough with the diagnosis. They provided photos of the leaks, which verified the issue. I was quoted repair costs of $850 for the gasket repair and $375 for the VANOS line. I had both repairs done for less than a combined $600 by an independent BMW shop. I had the front control arms replaced about 10,000 miles ago, so I found it odd that I needed new bushings already. I had also had the car aligned less than 500 miles ago, and this had not been mentioned as a problem. But perhaps the bushings were defective, despite the fact that no photos or other documentation of the problem with the bushings. I took it back to my independent BMW shop, since they offer a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty on all repairs and parts. There was NOTHING wrong with the bushings. My shop even offered to have the BMW of Bellevue technicians come down to identify why they had made the diagnosis. BMW of Bellevue wanted to charge me $700 for a repair that was not necessary in any way for any reason. This is fraud. BMW of Bellevue's recommendations for fluid changes were based on no information. They checked none of the fluids before recommending that they be changed. I replaced the coolant 15,000 miles ago and the brake fluid 2,000 miles ago, but they wanted to charge me $230 and $200 to replace them. Fuel injection cleaning is absolutely worthless and unnecessary if there are no problems with the injectors, but they wanted $230 for that "service." Again, this is a fraudulent recommendation. BMW of Bellevue attempted to sell me over $2,500 of service, the vast majority of which was not necessary or justified. I don't know if their tech Kevin is trying to generate work for himself to make his quotas or if their service consultant Dean is paid on a commission basis to pimp and upsell services while they have your car in the shop for a required repair or service interval. Regardless, they should be ashamed of their cynical approach to customer service. Finally, their automated email system continues to follow up on the unnecessary services, which is simply laughable. I have never unsubscribed from emails with such pleasure. NEVER, EVER take your car to BMW of Bellevue unless it is a warranty or recall service. ALWAYS get a second opinion on any service or repair recommendations from them. You will save significant money and may even find that the recommendations are not necessary, as I did.Good Dealer
