    For the second time, the price for a new vehicle was the highest in my research. So again I went out of town. The bottom line is I really don't think they care. Quite a few of the local dealerships are owned by the same organization so they seem all the same. If you live in Kitsap county it's worth the drive else where and I had a wonderful experience Tacoma.

    I recently purchased a Camry from Heartland Toyota. I worked with Jeremy D. I have never had such a great experience at a car dealership. Jeremy made this experience such a memorable one. They have earned my business for any future car purchases that I may have. I have told everyone that I speak to about this great experience in hopes that they will Heartland Toyota more business.     I confess I came to Heartland Toyota in search of a used Prius with a number of preconceptions about car dealerships, and wasn't looking forward to the experience. But I came away at day's end with a newer certified Prius than I'd thought I could afford and a changed perception of car salesmen; Dakhil A.did an exceptional job of finding out what I wanted, very quickly and effectively on the test drive introducing me to the various new and decidedly different aspects of driving the car, and working out a price that was doable for me on a model that was actually a more expensive version than I'd thought I'd be able to get. I'd done my homework on Priuses, so did know something about what I was looking for, and it was clear that Dak also has put in time, to really understand and be able to explain this vehicle's mechanics. He comes across as someone who is informed, forthright, and honest, and a day that I expected to be stressful and grueling turned out to be pleasant and productive. The manager and others made a point of introducing themselves, and the overall experience at Heartland left a good impression--and I would definitely recommend Dakhil in particular to someone looking for a Toyota.

    We leased a 2014 Toyota Tacoma SR5 PreRunner at Heartland in Bremerton. We were fortunate to have James A. as our sales professional. He was very knowledgeable about the product line, the process, and overall made the experience a great one. We would highly recommend him.

    The 2011 Tacoma i got was just the truck i was looking for. The Sales woman went so far out of her way to find me this truck , I was stunned. She was very polite and showed me around and introduced me to everybody and made me feel like I was FAMILY. I will not buy another vehicle from anywhere else or anyone else.

    Heartland Toyota has the best employees. My service advisor Susan Lake did a great job! I got a coffee,my oil changed, and a free car wash. This was the best service visit ever.

    We recently purchased a 2001 Toyota Highlander from Heartland Toyota/Scion. Shortly after we made the purchase we discovered on a trip to San Diego that the car was using oil excessively (8qts in 2650 miles). We called Steve Hewitt who was our Salesman and gave him a heads up about the problem and told him we would be in once we got back from our trip. Steve immediately made sure his Manager and Upper Management were aware. Once we returned from our trip we sat down with Steve and Tom Diefendorf the General Sales Manager who listened to the problem, showed them the receipts for the gas and oil used on the trip and they went above and beyond to get us a new engine! That is Customer Service at its finest! I can't say enough about Steve Hewitt, he has to be hands down, one of the best Sales persons I have ever dealt with. He is always easy to work with (no pressure) courteous, helpful and works hard to help you get the best deal. He makes the whole car buying experience much more pleasant and bearable. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to him as I know he will make sure they are taken care of. Thanks Heartland Toyotal/Scion and Steve..you're the best! Steve Olson Allyn, WA

    Hello My name is Will Leopold, I have lost faith in the Toyota dealership service department. I originally came from santa maria where I purschased a CV boot service, during my duration in santa maria I learned that the dealership doesn't care and I shortly discovered this up in washington as well, to make my long story quite short. I came to this dealership repair department to correct the dificiency that the sister toyota dealership couldn't correct. My time is beyond value because I am a United States Sailor and whatever time I get to myself is wasted all because toyota as a whole can't do the job correctly the first time. I have been into toyota over the past 5 months about every saturday to get the CV boot fixed and each time it does take approx. 5hrs. Numerous stories and comments have been stated to me about the service that has been done. one of them not to long ago was "service has noticed old grease and we cleaned it up, we must have not cleaned up the work that was done last time"(I just went on leave drove to california and back... I assure you that the grease is not old if it developes in 3 days....) my latest comment did upset me, and i quote "We must like you coming back, because the parts department ordered the wrong part." I see this insulting. Why can't they even communicate within the dealership to get the needed component? Do they really want to see my face every saturday for ongoing failures to perform the job right? I dont want to come back more than I need really!! Please someone hear me at Toyota and don't let this happen to other peopleor to me further. I understand you need guests to continue coming in and getting services but what has been done to me is wrong and needs to be reevaluated, and that is why I will not be getting cars or services done with Toyota any further, I will walk in and purchase a part if I need.     I know saying a car dealership is fun may not be the best recommendation, so I will get the other stuff out of the way first. I have happily dealt with Heartland Toyota service department for almost 3 years, so I had few worries when I took my mother there to buy a car. Our salesman, Jerry, was outstanding! He was knowledgeable and solicitous, without being pushy, and he found the perfect car for my mother. What else could you ask for? The finance/contract representative, Bob Villa, made the contract process smooth and painless, and if possible to believe: FUN. Bob was fully knowledgeable as to everything the dealership offered, and as to what was required verses what was optional. He explained each option and the contract fully. Just as with Jerry, he was neither pushy, nor rushed. He was also a great deal of fun! He made the vehicle purchase process an actual pleasure and fun experience. We had smart and informative sales and finance representatives, my mother loves her car, and we laughed a lot in the process. Hard to beat. Five thumbs up for Jerry, for Bob Villa, and for Heartland Toytota.

    We have been buying cars from Rabar since 2006 and he always treats us with respect and care. The first purchase consisted of 2 Toyotas in one day. The current purchase was completed from initial search to final purchase all in one day. Any questions we had were answered, with research when necessary, right away. He followed the entire transaction to ensure that the ball was never dropped and all other parties were prompt and helpful. He gave us the time and confidentiality that we needed to make the right choice. He did not press us to come to a speedy decision. The dealership was everything we wanted in a dealership - neat, clean, easy to traverse. All their personnel were polite. The food court was excellent and definitely appreciated.

    My mom and I just went to purchase a new car recently and loved our experience at Heartland! Rabar Ali and his manager Charlie Scott totally hooked us up, never holding back any of their extensive knowledge and help. We didn't ever feel pressured or frustrated while we were there. These guys were super friendly and always know what they're doing. With Rabar's help and recommendations, I know we made the best informed decision possible when we purchased our '10 Toyota Yaris.     This is the place to go to buy a car if you want to deal with honest friendly and informed people. We would definitely buy another car there. We've purchased several new cars over the years and never left with such a good feeling about the dealer and our salesperson, Dave Hubbard.

    4 years ago my wife and I bought a 2000 Toyota 4 runner from this dealership, along with the 4runner they sold us a 4 year 40,000mile fully refundable warranty. This warranty was to be refunded in the event we wouldn't need it. As always toyota quality and serviceability outlasted the warranty. Bob Villa a business manager at this store was very helpfull in this refund process, we would like to express our gratitude to Heartland Toyota for its business morals in without question refunding in full the cost of the warranty. We would also like to thank the service department for their courteous helpfulness when we had our 75,000mile powertrain checkup. They provided a loaner car for my wife to use while our vehicle was being worked on. This dealership has earned my total respect for being costumer pleasing all around. Thank You and God bless.

    Just purchased a 2005 Prius. I've wanted one for quite a while and my better half pushed a little and I fell in love with the one we looked at. I may have turned away except for the salesman, Rabar Ali. This man made the sale a most pleasant experience and did everything he could to get the best deal possible. He really seems to work for the customer. He even threw in a few unexpected extras and was still helping with all he could as we left. I grade him outstanding! Another fine member of the team is Bob Villa, the finance manager. Bob actually hunted down a better rate for us and made the whole money part of the thing very pleasant. I've been to other dealers and the people always seem to have to go check this and that with somebody else and hem and haw and push. From now on I'll go to Heartland and get none of that, just a good honest deal. Thank you all.

    I worked with Jerry Bouldwin and he was an excellent sales person. Jerry was not pushy at all and gave me all the information i needed Jerry made this a very good experience and would recommend him highly to my friends and family. I purchased a PT Cruiser and am very happy with him and the car he found for me. He worked very hard to ensure i was satisfied and got everything i needed and wanted I walked in with a price i wanted to pay and left paying that price. Jerry B went the extra mile for to ensure i got what i wanted. I will definitely come back to Jerry for my next car. Delivery of the vehicle was great all my questions in regards to the car were answered thoroughly. Love Jerry's honesty

    I needed to find an affordable used minivan in good shape. I talked with Heartland Toyota and they located a recent trade in at the neighboring Honda dealership, and set up a purchase that gave me the max trade in value for my Kia Spectra (allowing me to walk away from that auto loan without owing) and getting me into a van within our families budget. They treated me great, worked with my financing (USAA) without a hitch, and never tried to sell me more than I told them right up front I could afford. They even replaced the winshield on the van prior to delivery even though I had not originally discussed it as part of the transaction! I came away feeling clean from an auto dealership for the first time in my life! Thanks to Chuck Scott and Rabar Ali for making my experience so great! Ben Carlsen Kingston

    After reviewing and driving almost every crossover vehicle out there, we ended up choosing the Toyota Venza for its superior quality, appearance, and price. We started our search with Heartland Toyota and ended up back there a few months later for the purchase. Shawn Magill made the buying experience extremely pleasant. He was attentive to our requests and went "above and beyond" to get us the best possible deal. From the beginning, he developed a rapport based on honesty and integrity. He is the kind of salesman appreciated by those who have already conducted their product research...no hype, no pressure, and lots of patience...which got our sale. He fulfilled every promise he made and continues to do so.

    I own a 2006 Highlander. Which required the 60K maintence package. Heartland was like no other dealership service I have ever visited. They took care of everything for me from loaner car to free lattes... The important thing is they knew what was needed and never tried to look for any more costly maintenance items... They were honest !!! I was always worried about dealership maintenace over charging or, just not caring about my wallet. Heartland changed all that for me... I was so impressed with the service I tols every neighbor I had how great it was. Thank You Heartland !!! What a great Team !!!
