I have never forgotten how I was treated by Dallas. With respect, honesty and he worked hard to get me the… best deal reguarless of the fact that I was purchasing a used vehicle. by kwillard on 02/19/2010As a fairly new customer of West Hills Chrysler, Jeep Dodge, I was impressed with the way Service Department Advisor Annie Meyer has treated me each time I brought my truck in for service. Annie is friendly, knowledgable and keeps me… informed as to what is being accomplished on my job. The technician working on my truck indicated it would need to stay in the shop overnight, and without delay, Annie made a call for a shuttle ride home, and provided me with a ticket for a free cup of coffee on the house while I waited a short time for my ride. As soon as the job on my truck was completed, I was contacted and advised that a return shuttle ride was ordered for a ride back. She followed up the sale with a phone call and email. I later had to visit the… dealership on February 16, 2010 to pick up the license tabs and purchase an after-market accessory. She walked me to the Parts and Service Counter and helped me install the accessory. She also helped me figure out some of the "bells and whistles" that this new super-duper mini van offers. Very nice dealership and helpful staff.I also recommend West Hills.

He assisted us in a side by side comparison of the two different makes of vehicles my wife and… I were looking at purchasing. Both makes of vehicles we wanted to compare are sold by West Hills, so this was a very convenient method of shopping for us. Frank gave us time to look at both vehicles for as long as we needed to; there was no pressure at all during any of our time with Frank to purchase.I highly recommend West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge

We talked at length about each vehicle's advantages, and compared it to our criteria. Tyson… was extremely helpful, listening, answering questions, and taking us for test drives in the two cars that we'd narrow our decision make between. There was no high pressure, just straight forward answers to our questions, and information about the vehicles. We were treated as honored guests and it was a celebratory atmosphere...everyone was more than happy to assist us; sales staff, service department and management. The sales person ,Amelia Reisman was very helpful and answered all my questions .… She was very knowlageable and easy to talk with. by shannac on 10/18/2009I had to get a new car. I called looking for info on a vehicle. Lorne Burke was the salesman who picked up. He was friendly, funny, and had the information I was looking for. I decided to come down, and he showed me a few different… vehicles. After being to so many dealerships with such pushy and stuck up salesmen, it was a nice change. He actually seemed to care about what I wanted rather then just getting me into something fast. I cant say I was the easiest to deal with, but he stuck with me and got me into my Jeep Liberty. Lorne was a fun person to be around and he found me the greatest car. I love it. Me and the kids agree... Its been the best vehicle we've had. I met Annie Meyers while walking around through the Jeep section of… the dealership. She answered my questions professionally and did not pressure the situation at all. Her tone and knowledge made me feel like I was talking with someone I had known for a while and after looking a a few options for my commute and family needs we zoned in on the type of vehicle that would be (and is) best for me. Annie is one of the few sales people who isn't just out to make a sale, she makes sure the sale meets the need of the customer.Awesome service.

I walked on the lot saw the new truck I wanted took it for a test drive. Got back… to the dealership and within 10 minutes the deal was done. No run around what so ever. Frank Jeffers is the man!!

Then when… I was ready to buy, I walked in and it couldn't of been any easier. They didn't have what I wanted on the lot, so they called around and found exactly what I was asking for. The negotiation of the price seemed like they just wanted to give me the best deal possible, and after looking on the internet, I can see I did. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Frank Jeffers!!Excellent Experience!

We have worked with Frank Jeffers before and he is the only dealer in the Kitsap Peninsula that I will purchase a vehicle from. He is very low-pressure, makes… it easy and is fair and honest. I also appreciate the finance guys too, they actually make it non-stressful to sign all those papers. I even got called in today to resign papers for a LOWER rate...seriously awesome!
