    Kathleen was my saleswoman, and though I came with a particular vehicle in mind, she made it her personal mission to make sure it would be the best fit for my needs and budget! She explained the whole process, from trade-in to financing in a straightforward and caring manner, and thanks to her help, I was able to get my dream car at a dream price! I will definitely be bringing in my lady to purchase a vehicle from West Hills & Kathleen!

    Kathleen was my sales person and she was patient, helpful, friendly, and made it her job to get me in the right car all the while working within my budget. Dan, the car buying manager, was involved throughout the entire process and presented with full honesty, transparency, sincerity, and integrity. West Hills is lucky to have him. The finance manager, Jamie, was helpful and easy to work with, someone I felt I could trust. The insurance folks were wonderful and fun to work with; the list goes on. West Hills Honda exceed all of my expectations as far as a car-buying experience and the entire process was flawless and refreshing. They truly are a well-oiled machine. 5 stars, hands down, and if I could give them more I would.

    I brought my 2002 Honda CRV to fix the recall but I end up trading it in to a 2015 Honda CRV EX-L. Thanks to Joel Rosario he's very friendly salesman. It is a very pleasant purchasing a vehicle from this place. The people are very helpful. I can't remember the other guys name but he knows what I'm talking about. The finance guy is very friendly and very helpful. He explained everything that I need to know. Joel Rosario trying to explained everything to me including how to operate all the electronics in the car. Great experience here at Westhills Honda. Don't need to go somewhere else. Check this place and make sure to find Joel Rosario he's a great salesman.

    I didn't have an appointment scheduled but was desperately in need of immediate service for one of my tires that had a cracked valve stem. Art from the service department didn't hesitate to help me out and get my vehicle taken care of within a reasonable time frame. I had previously dealt with Mr.Hunt on numerous occasions when he was at Bremerton Dodge, and even then his customer service was impeccable. I applaud the whole service department in their efforts in creating a customer friendly environment. BZ!

    The purpose of my visit at West Hills Honda was for an oil change and fuel injection service. I have been going to Honda for service over the past year mainly because the quality of their work is wonderful. I used to take my car to other service centers since the prices were usually lower, however I have learned that the work done was often of a lesser quality. All the repairs at Honda are guaranteed and they take their time to explain the repairs and services that will be done on the car. Also they offer alternatives for repairs when possible. Unlike other service shops, I feel they strive to provide the best service. The facility is very clean and the service advisors are very professional. There are plenty of seats so you're comfortable if you choose to wait for your car. Also the advisors do their best to get your car ready as soon as possible. Making appointments is also easy since they can be made online via Honda website. West Hills Honda has always called or emailed to confirm my appointments. Overall I do think some of the services are more expensive then other service centers however; I do not mind it since I know I am getting quality work. I have had several visit with Randy Strassburg. He is always friendly and does his best to accommodate the customer. He takes the time to explain the services being done on the car. Also he often makes suggestions on other services that maybe needed.

    My wife and I are more than happy with West Hills Honda and their courteous staff,especially with Kent Tompkins.He is not your usual stereotype of a sales person who knows nothing about the vehicles on his lot,attacks you as soon as you have hit the lot and only cares about making the most money...no,no,no, Kent is a professional,he is knowledgeable about the Hondas he is selling and if he does not know,he will quickly find out for you.He takes the time to listen to all of your needs and finds the vehicle YOU want and gets you the best fit.His service is top notch at the beginning of the process,through the sale and final delivery,and continues far beyond and after the sale.He is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to West Hills Honda for our new or certified pre-owned Hondas.The staff is always friendly and eager to help,the newly revamped showroom and service department is also a nice touch,but it is Kent Tompkins top notch customer service and great,honest personality that has made us a permanent customer.We buy are cars from him,I recommend him to my best friends who have purchased from him and highly recommend Kent Tompkins as the "go to" guy for all of your vehicle needs.

    Kent Tompkins was my salesman when I bought a 2001 Honda Civic here--he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the car! He took me on a great route for my test drive. All the other staff I worked with were very nice as well. I highly recommend this dealership and I am glad to have them on my car's "team."

    By far, the most pleasent car purchase experience in my 52 years buying cars. Kent Tomkins' product knowledge and professionalism was only exceeded by his courtesy. Kent went that extra mile by locating the exact vechicle we were looking for. When we are ready for our next car, we will certainly be back.

    Kent and Kari greeted me at the time we arranged and we worked on my goals not theirs. We took the time I needed to work through the figures and I left with a deal that I am very happy with. I had secured my own financing with what I thought was a great interest rate -- West Hills saved me an additional half point. Additionally, I received more than I could have hoped for in my trade. I don't think I could have done much better selling on my own.

    Our experience at West Hills Honda was fantastic. I usually dread going onto car lots knowing that within seconds a salesman will approach... But, when Kent came to help us, his expertise in showing us all the cars (makes and models) was priceless. He was extremely patient as we test drove the Civic, Accord and CR-V numerous times before finally coming to our decision. He even helped us find the right car in the right color! He was great! I would highly recommend West Hills Honda and Kent Tompkins to anyone looking to buy a car!

    We had a 5 star experience from the moment we decided to consider Honda's to the anniversary's of our car purchase. Outstanding, honest, ethical, no HASSLE, straight talk, business transaction. It was a pleasure! We were treated with respect and curiosity. Highly recommend the dealership and our salesperson Kent Tompkins. What was a dreaded experience became an EXTREMELY pleasant experience!

    I recently purchased a new Honda Accord EX-V6 from West Hills Honda of Bremerton WA. I was fortunate in working with salesman Akeem Sloan. Mr Sloan is very knowledgeable with the Honda vehicle line. Of course we went back and forth regarding the final deal. After careful negotiations we agreed with what was fair to all. He made absolutely sure that when I took possession of the new car it was 100% ready to go. He explained and demonstrated all of the features. After the sale he contacted me several times to be sure I was satisfied and did I have any questions. He offered his service after the sale. Needless to say I am very impressed with Mr. Sloan and West Hills Honda staff. I will go back to West Hills Honda for all my service and future purchases. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WEST HILLS HONDA.

    This dealer's got a big new building and a lot of cars, but not much visible sales traffic. Despite the s-l-o-w market (nationwide, Honda's sales are down more than 30%), he's asking almost $3,000 over MSRP for his '09 stock -- and seriously low-balling on the trade-in offers too. How's that for a business model?

    I was always told not to say anything at all if it isn't nice. I would if I could but West Hills Honda is such a bad experience that I have to speak up. I was ready to buy a 2008 Honda and knew exactly what I wanted and should be spending. They didn't even have the correct car available nor did they have access to the good deal Honda financing but they wanted my business anyway. I was asked to sign paperwork for the wrong car at a price that was thousands more than I had been quoted at a finance rate ten percent over the promotional Honda finance special rate. When I didn't buy the car I was cornered by a "bouncer" or bodyguard or closer or whatever he was supposed to be and I had to endure his version of intimidation. This place is neither professional or honest and it just isn't worth dealing with. I had a great no-hassle deal at another Honda dealer and got the correct car at the correct price with the 0.9% promotional financing I had been wanting in the first place. At the other dealer it was a fun and professional experience that left a great impression and was a glowing example of what West Hills Honda should be doing.

    I was working with Jeffrey oever the phone. We agreed on a price and then it was a 3 hour round trip drive to this dealer. Knowing this, I did everything I could to make sure that I was going to be showing up with proper documents from my bank. As soon as I got there they said I needed a notary for something I would be signing. I was upset, they knew this and said they would try to make it work. Another 20 minutes go by before the manager comes out (at least the baseball game was on tv). He got my hopes up once again making it sound like we were going to able to close the, only to finish off his BS by asking if I could stay the night because the notary would be there in the morning. I left off very pissed off. They relized they needed the notary (it was late on a Sunday) after I had started driving. I would have been fine if they called me on my cell phone and told me to come back in the morning, instead they waited until I got there and asked me to get a hotel and make the deal in the mornig. Jeffrey sounded shady on the phone before I started driving out there...I should have gone with my guts and not gone. The car was a new 08 Accord.

    My experience at West Hills Honda has always been top-notch. Sam Canfield has continued to uphold the high standards of this dealership by his professionalism and no pressure sales method. If given the chance W. Hills will BEAT the other Puget Sound area dealers. Don't just trust what I'm saying...Give it a try. Ask for Sam Canfield [non-permissible content removed]. You won't be disappointed.

    I recently bought a New Honda from here and my salesman was Ryan B. He expained His whole life story to me about his addictions and his struggle with life that was all fine if i would have asked to here it! I just wanted a fair deal not to here his whole life story and then he left me sitting their by my self for at least 2 hours while some other man expalined the numbers to me basically the worst experiance ever!!! Ryan needs to realize that when people go in to a place of business they dont need to hear life storys about addictions and prison life! As far as i am concerned this dealership should cut ties with this man if they knew what was good for their business!!! And then to top off the whole experiance Ryan askes me to give him a "good survey for Honda". Moral of story dont buy from here if this young man works here!!!

    I purchased a 2013 Honda Fit from West Hills Honda recently. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I visited the dealership because they had several makes and models (not just Honda) at West Hills that I wanted 'kick the tires'. The sales staff was able to answer my questions and address my concerns without being high pressure or aggressive. Then, they offered me a really great deal on a new car.     After on line research and visiting numerous dealerships requesting pricing and getting a feel for how I would be treated during the sales process, I chose West Hills Honda in Bremerton, WA and Mandi T., Sales Associate for the place and person to trust. It was the best choice I have ever made for the purchasing of a new car. From the start I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered without hesitation or run around. I received the price I was looking for on the car I wanted. The whole process was so unlike what I had experienced in the past when purchasing a new car that I was shocked. West Hills Honda, as a dealership is great to work with but Mandi, well that's another story~she is without question The Best! She is the most pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and service orientated salesperson I have ever worked with. Service is not just a word to Mandi, it is her passion.     I just bought my 2012 Honda Civic in May of last year and immediately took a road trip so I started putting the miles on it right away. As soon as I returned home it was due for its first service oil change. I have since had 2 more services and the staff at Honda is awesome my car is always ready when promised and they couldnt be friendlier. I have dealt with the Dodge dealer which I can say I never will again but the guys at Honda are the best.
