by Jim Richards at Maplelag in MN on 06/29/2024As a visitor to Seattle and a new owner of a used Honda CRV I picked Lynnwood Honda for some repair and service work I was very impressed in arrival by a welcoming staff greeting and the overall clean efficient layout I had a broken and… missing dipstick and ordered that and when it came in they fished the old one out and no charge for this service On my last visit for service work Martin the service rep was so good. He explained everything and the pricing so I was able to make decisions as I felt best as to what I wanted done A most comfortable waiting area and soon my car was ready All good to go and I wish to thank Martin and Lynnwood Honda for such wonderful service in a most professional manner I really appreciate it Jim at Maplelag in MinnesotaGood service.
by David on 06/08/2024Service was prompt and reasonably quick. They did not attempt to upsell me on additional services that I didn’t need (like some other dealers/mechanics) and did a good job. It was a simple oil change, but they do their own car washing… complementary (like the recent old days). I would recommend.Integrity at its finest

He was transparent all the way to the end when I was able to pick up my car. He notified me of what… needed to be fixed, the cost, etc. I was notified through text and phone calls along the way. Really felt like they were taking care of my old 2009 Honda CR-V.They got me!

by Darren on 04/25/2024Took our Honda Fit into service due to passenger door water leak. I mentioned to the service associate where the water maybe coming in from per my observation, since it rained the day before. Also noted that the inner door panel is loose… and maybe contributing to the leak. Was hopeful with my information and their expertise it could be resolved….. After two weeks and a $900+ bill later, Honda service associate informs us they can’t resolve the issue and that it could be due to a prior accident or that maybe the body frame of the car is bent / damaged and the seals aren’t sealing the water out properly per their master technician and managers observation. Since Honda should be the experts, shouldn’t they have done that first to diagnose the door before recommending any parts? More on that later… Well, we took our car to a local auto body shop and I told them what I told Honda about where I think the water is coming in from and the inner door panel is loose. They didn’t look at the frame but focused on the door panel and immediately notice the inner watershield or film was coming undone due to the old adhesive and resealed it. Issue fixed. No more leaks. Took them 30 minutes and fraction of the cost of what Honda charged us. Long story short, I would not recommend Honda Lynnwood service if your vehicle has any type of body related issues, especially water leaks. Best to take it elsewhere. PS: Oh, did I mention Honda also informed me they looked into the door panel but didn’t find anything ? Not sure, but if the inner panel was taken off anyone can see the watershield coming off….Lynnwood Honda does it right.

The purchase price was fair and within a few hundred dollars of what I was expecting. Jules explained the ins and… outs of the new CRV Hybrid. This was the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Lynnwood Honda and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a vehicle.Bait and switch?!
by All5starsuspect on 01/15/2024Looking at a car that was supposedly for sale on 1/14/24, that has actually been for sale at this dealership since 9/19/23 according to carfax. Magically the car is sold, while the dealership was closed. It takes days to remove cars from… the website is the response received from the internet sales person…show me the carfax I requested, no response. It looks like the bait and switch tactics are alive and well here. “We don’t have the car you want, at that price point, anymore since last night….but here are the cars we do have, “ which are much more expensive. Buyer Beware the games. If you look up vins for sale look at sales history, this can tell you a lot about what they are up to.The Lynnwood Honda Family

It is a significant purchase for most people, and I felt that they took the time to work with me. Mark Baker (sales) took the time to ask me what I need in a… car, what I want in a car, what was negotiable and what was a MUST. We spoke about the brands of cars I had test driven, what I liked and didn't like. He for sure wanted me in a Honda, but he did not pressure me either way. He literally took me through the vehicles options and in the end, sold a car! I was treated with great respect and had the opportunity to find the best deal and promos for the vehicle I chose. I have zero regrets purchasing a used car and adding the warranty. Everyone on the team made sure I was taken care of. Truly a great experience! by Marcy on 01/02/2023Started a conversation online with Jules before Christmas. She video taped a showing of a 2023 Pilot Trailsport in the snow and extremely cold temperatures for me. Came in on her day off (Christmas Eve) to show me that vehicle and a 2022… Passport Elite. I took test drives with both. She informed me of their end-of-the-year sale that I was unaware of. I needed to think about the two vehicles to weigh the differences with no pressure from anybody. I returned the day after Christmas. Again, she came in early for her shift. Answered many additional questions and I ended up purchasing the Passport Elite. I would highly recommend her for obvious reasons. She went above and beyond! She has also offered her support for any questions that might be needed after the sale--always there for her clients--very reassuring! Everybody working there was friendly, helpful and caring. Vehicle was delivered washed and cleaned inside. Looked beautiful and felt good driving away!Great Experience at Lynnwood Honda
by Larry on 12/31/2022My wife and I stopped in on the recomendation of one of our close friends who had a great experience with Lynnwood Honda on the purchase of her 2018 CRV Touring. The sales person she worked with no longer worked there but Jules was right… there to help. With the help of Keith, Gabe and Jules, they gave me a quote on a 2023 Ridgeline. The quote they gave me for my trade-in was very reasonable. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock so I left with the idea of checking out some other dealers and compare quotes. The next day Jules called and told me they had found the Ridgeline I wanted and had it on the lot. I checked with 3 other dealers and none of them were able to match the price quote from Lynnwood Honda. I went back in in 2 days and made the deal very easily. They had everything ready, the whole thing was 4 days from start to finish. I'm very happy with the way Jules, Keith and Gabe handled the process, no pressure, very helpful and organized. I ended up with the Ridgeline RTL-E that I was looking for. I definitely recommend Lynnwood Honda and especially Jules Cecilio, Gabe, the new car sales manager and Keith, the used car manager. I came in the exact day after my best friend got her rouge me wanting the other rouge and Jules and… Anuj helped me out! They didn’t push me or pressure me! They helped fit my needs and the car I got exactly they made it work! If I could recommend anyone getting a car go to Lynnwood Honda and ask for Jules she’ll help you with everything and not pressure you at all Jules makes you feel comfortable and works with what you want in a vehicle and doesn't try and sell you one that you don’t want.
