Hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle! Sean Johnstone made getting into my 2023 Civic Si seamless and handled it with the upmost professionalism! His communication was beyond what I could of asked for! Q… the finance manager was great as well no pressure on anything and had everything ready for me when I arrived.

I did not feel intimidated at all. The staff is extremely friendly and made me… and my children feel comfortable. The car selection is great too! You won't buy a lemon on that lot! Thank you Klein! A genuine greeting, being offered a beverage, a no pressure laid back approach to the sale, lifetime oil changes, lifetime warranty... all combined klein made my buying… experience one I will never forget and come to expect in the future. We walked right out decided to drop by Klein Honda on our way home. What a surprise in how different it was… from the other store and how direct they were without the games! They wanted little time getting to the point and locating the color my wife really wanted. We didn't expect to buy, but glad that we did and will see you down the road for our daughters car. Okay, probably my new Accord Sport The dealership is quite clean with tv's, which I like, and complimentary… coffee. It just has a good feel to it, well lit throughout. Last thing, the free oil changes felt like a warm bubble bath when I learned about that. Will refer more friends and famFantastic Experience

I've purchased from other dealerships before and have never had such great customer service from the team. They answered all of my questions and even educated me on… things that I didn't understand. I worked with Sage and Zach and they were both AMAZING. They were extremely patient with me and very understanding of my financial situation. They never pushed me to get into a car that I wouldn't like and they actually helped me save money on my new car. I want to give a special shout out to Sage because he worked with me from the beginning to the end of my deal. He really helped me get out of a tight situation and assured me that they would be able to help me every step of the way (even after I got my car)! The team there is fantastic and I will be recommending all of my family and friends to go there!Purchased 2 new cars in 2018

Have revmceived multiple free oil changes so far. Have not exercised the lifetime towing and warranty, i… guess since its a Honda. Best overall experience. No other make and dealership combination comes close to the value Klein provides. No brainer, I dont know why you would go any where else unless living too far away. Goid job Klein team, and keep it up!Great service!
