Awesome Car Buying Experience

The salesman Tim was very helpful with everything, and desptie the fact that we delayed him until 7:30 (with the dealership closing at 5 on Sunday), he was patient and informative the whole time. The… experience was literally refined to the point of enjoyable with the simple process and the salesman's efficiency and positive attitude.The best possible solution!

I entered the used car sales floor late in the day looking for a possible Taurus. There were none available. I was working with Rick R. who even… though it was late and he was tired, brought around a Mercury Grand Marquis for me to take a look at. It turned out to be even better than the Taurus. I really want to thank Mr. R. for going out of his way to show me another car instead of just letting me leave thinking that the Taurus was my only option. I now own the best car of my life. This was my first new car purchase and Ken, and the folks @ Bowen Scarff made it a great experience! Even found me a… better deal that what we had discussed. After going through a couple of different dealerships and being haggled, Ken gave 0 pressure and was extremely accommodating. He quoted me a price, and this was the only place that didn't drastically change their tune when I walked in. This is definitely not your typical dealership and for all the best reasons! If you're in the market for a new vehicle and looking for a Ford - you need go no further!Worth the Trip

Committing to travel expenses, and a 1500 mile drive home, without ever having laid eyes on the vehicle, was a huge leap of faith for me.… Bowen-Scarff made the whole experience completely painless. Rick C. was a pleasure to deal with. Multiple e-mails, texts, and calls answered all my questions, and put me at ease in the decision I made. Chris F. made the initial contact, and was waiting for me at the airport with a ride to the dealership. Showed me my new truck, and couldn't have been more helpful. Kari Weston was extremely proficient and pleasant. Two other salesman in the showroom also engaged me in enjoyable conversation while I was waiting. I arrived home, 3 days, and 1500 miles later, completely in love with my new truck! By far, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! I leased a new Ford Fusion after turning in my leased 2011 Ford Fusion. The 2014… Fusion is an upgrade to the one I had and well worth the extra few bucks I paid for the new one.
