    Just purchased a new 2015 Ford Explorer form Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA. As usual it was a hassle-free and haggle-free experience. Ron Olson has helped our family with two or three vehicle purchases over the years and we've purchased 5 or six cars there in the last 15+ years. We keep going back becuase we trust the people in all partsof their operation and we do not get the same hihg-pressure sales tactics there that are SO prevalent about everywhere else. We feel like we get fair value for our trade-ins and fair prices for the vehicles being purchased. They do a good job of explainig features and options and orienting us to the new vehicle. The finance and insurane staff can actually take no for an answer with a smile on their face without trying to grind you down to buy additional products or services. (They offer but there is no pressure if you say no). Overall a first-class experience form our favorite dealership and our favorite salesperson. Thanks again Ron and Bowen-Scarff. I love my new rg and you made it easy for me!!

    The GOOD: - Low-pressure pricing and sales approach - Vehicle delivered on time and in excellent condition - Friendly helpful staff members (but not management) The BAD: I wish I could end the review with those compliments, but the low rating results from management’s poor attitude and responsiveness in addressing a relatively minor issue: Two days after taking possession of my Escape, I noticed that the nav system maps were not the latest available (new maps had been available for more than 3 months). I brought it to the attention of my sales associate, who referred me to the sales manager, who referred me to the service manager, who was unavailable and was to call me back. After 3 days I called the sales manager again and left a voicemail indicating the service manager never called me. After 4 more days with no response (7 total), I called again and was able to finally get through to him. I attempted to convince him that my NEW car with a NEW nav system should absolutely come with current maps. He stuck with an “I just resell what I get” argument, dismissing my concern. Had the vehicle sale depended on it, I’m certain he would have been more imaginative in resolving the issue. He again transferred me to the service manager, who was still unavailable and again never called me back. After 3 more days (10 in all), I gave up on Bowen Scarff and contacted Ford Customer Service directly. A manager called me back promptly, immediately recognized my concern as valid, and within 2 hours had arranged to have the nav update added under my vehicle warrantee. Kudos to Ford Customer Service… not so much for the dealership’s management. What shabby treatment for a first time new Ford owner! How can I possibly recommend Bowen Scarff to friends and family after such poor behavior from both Sales and Service management? They should take a tip from Ford Customer Service, and even from their own staff when it comes to how to treat new owners.

We are taking your concern regarding the timeliness of receiving a return call very seriously. We will be taking a close look at our processes to look for areas we can make improvements. In regards to the Navigation update, we only sell vehicles as configured and shipped by Ford. Even though you found information indicating Navigation upgrades were going to be released, at the time we had not received any of these updates from Ford and had no way of getting one in advance. Nav updates are an upgrade that are purchased directly from Ford and are typically ordered in our service and parts department after purchase. It was mentioned you may have success talking to Ford directly about obtaining an upgrade and we are happy to hear Ford was able to assist you in this.     Tom helped us review all the available routes to buy our new Flex. He was personable, patient and made sure we had examined all the little details. When we were ready to purchase the paperwork process was quick and easy. We had gone into the dealer not necessarily intending to buy that day, mostly just to test drive and look at the vehicle. Tom made is a good deal on the car, and we took it home that day. I would recommend Tom Keefe to anyone looking for a vehicle.

    It was just another Sunday morning, when I thought to myself, today would be a fun day to go car shopping. A few dealerships turned their nose up at me, but no, not Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln. They welcomed me in with open arms. My salesman was Ron Olson. Heck of a guy. Extremely helpful and wanted me to get the best bang for my buck. A few hours later, I was walking out of there with a 2014 Focus ST3. And I couldn't have done it without Mr. Olson. Just a great guy and a great day at Bowen Scarff. I would highly recommend you visit here for your next vehicle purchase.

    Best salesmen in kent hands down. As a mechanic I tested many salesman and Brent Schwartznau is the best there is. There's no double guessing your decision after you meet with him and he show you around. I will be back to get another car from him for sure!!!!!

    stopped into the dealership to look at a couple trucks and ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Rick Cuddie was our sales consultant. honestly without Rick's no pressure and giving us every bit of information possible about options available for what we were looking for we wouldn't of bought a truck that day. Rick was incredible to work with but that isn't saying that we didn't receive great attention from all we encountered at the dealership. since we purchased the truck about a month ago we have received several messages and emails from Rick asking us how things are going and if we have any questions to call him. usually when you walk away from a dealership you feel like they got what the wanted and done with you.. not here at Bowen Scarff, Rick was great to deal with prior to the sale and continues still. thanks Rick for everything.     I had been researching for months about the 2015 Mustang GT, the prices one should pay and also the dealerships in the Puget Sound area where one should buy a new vehicle. In my research Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln in Kent always had great reviews and people posting recommendations for them on various online Mustang forums. I'm so glad I decided to set up a meeting with Tom Keefe to buy a 2015 Mustang GT. The price that was listed their website was the most competitive in the area and the buying experience there can not be beat. There was no dickering about the price, no hard sell tactics, just nice people. I would heartily recommend them and have done so already to friends! They have a customer for life.

    When we met Rick Rickers, we said: "The Hawks are on today and we are out the door in just over an hour either with or without a vehicle. Rick Rickers and his team at Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln made it happen! We drove off in a new Ford Edge Limited with every option we asked for, the price we wanted to pay, AND we didn't miss a minute of our beloved Hawk game! Thank you Rick!
