DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP
by Varaha B on 02/01/2025It has been a painful experience buying my Ford Mustang at this location. The sales person Tyler did his job, he was helpful, the two stars I am giving here is for Abdullah the Sales manager. I am not used to sales people asking me to do… upgrades myself after I buy a car, buying the parts myself or reaching out to the car detailers myself, but this location did. The Car was checked at Service before it was delivered, the driver side Pony light wasnt working when I received it, when I reported it to Tyler, he just said take it to Service and I dont work at Service. The Service guys said it will take them 4 days to fix a light. I came back after a couple of weeks to drop my car to get the light fixed, they gave me alternative car. The Ford service promised they can get the car back to me in 4 days, its been a week, I still havent got the car back. I have tried messaging and calling their Service engineer, Service Manager, but I cant get through, nether are they responding to me. I am trying to get through to Abdullah, they cut my call everytime I to call them. Tyler responds to my messages but thats about it. One of the worst places to buy a car or service a car. I regretting my purchase here. If I had a choice, I will try another location, perhaps another car and not FORD!Pay attention to service reviews!!
by Wayne R on 02/01/2025Strongly suggest you consider the service department reviews; they're well deserved. Brought our newly leased Explorer in bc the lift gate motor failed. Took over a week to be seen by a tech, who in the most condescending tone possible,… informed me that "techs aren't standing around waiting for my car to come in". Even in a world where reservations were no indication of an actual service appointment at least give me a loaner car. IT GETS BETTER. I called the sales dept to voice my dissatisfaction and was told "if I can get you into the newer redesigned model with no money down and likely a slightly higher monthly payment would you take it" I wasn't shopping yet but seemed like a win-win so I accepted it. Few hours later I got a call offering me a newer model 7k down 900 monthly. I turned that down but called back and finally got the sales manager to get me a loaner. Just picked it up today and it's a base model Hyundai Elantra. Far cry from my Explorer ST. They MUST NOT WANT MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!Good experience overall

He went out of his way to show us the specific vehicles that we were interested in that happen to be located several miles away on an overflow… lot. He answered all of our questions and brought in others to help when he didn’t have the answer. He also helped facilitate getting a spray-in bedliner installed at a third party location and delivered our new truck to the barge line for us. In addition, everyone we met that day from the manager to the finance crew were very professional and easy to work with. We would be happy to shop at Ford of Kirkland again in the future. - J. I was immediately contacted to drop by and set a time to do this the next day. I was delighted with the quick manner… they were able to complete the sale and pickup of the vehicle. We enjoy the truck and are getting great mileage and use from it. It was worth the wait.Great Dealership

Nice explanation of features from the car expert guy, before we left… with the car. Dealer is responsive on phone and messages so it is very helpful as well. Paperwork was handled pretty well, was quick and easy. Financing was also taken care of, so overall a very good experience.Customer

We had the down payment and pre approval set when we showed up at the time specified. Can’t stress enough… Peter did his job well. It is ford and how they handle deliveries that is remarkably terrible. It’s a ancient system that can easily be replaced with a app. Should take no more then 30 minutes max to get keys.Kirkland Ford

He greeted me when I arrived and we went over all of the service items that my vehicle required. He was very pleasant and cheerful and… answered all of my questions with complete knowledge of my vehicle. He gave me an approximate time for completion of work and called me right on time when it was completed. He welcomed me back and again we went over all of the items that were completed, following my request of items to be done. The vehicle was returned clean and in excellent working order. Working with Keith was like being taken care of by a concierge at a downtown hotel. What a guy! I will always be coming back to get my Santa Fe serviced requesting Keith as my Service Advisor.Custom order Maverick
