    Really pleased with the overall experience. Everything was taken care of, and the customer service was excellent. Danielle was really on top of it, she told me my car was under warranty and that the repairs needed would be covered- so I really didn't have to worry about a thing. I was in and out pretty fast, and they even took care of the Recall items. This was by far the best experience I've ever had. The staff was great, and my car feels like brand new. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

    Gil Fret was outstanding, he took the time to answer all my questions and had the patience with me so I was confident in my decision to purchase a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. Gil made my car buying experience rather painless and a lot of fun, his enthusiasm was match to mine and I appreciate him getting the exact color I wanted and quickly too!

    Had to have my passenger side seat belt replaced. Excellent prompt service. My car was washed and vacuumed even though I just had an inspection as to whether the belt could be fixed or needed replacing. I was not charged for the inspection, but given a quote to be replaced. I thought the price was high (just under $600) but everything is expensive. This is the first issue I have ever had with my 2008 Lincoln MKX. Love my car. The part came in and I was called to set appointment. Again washed and vacuumed my car. Excellent assistance. took me to Starbucks to wait for my repair. Unfortunately cannot remember my customer service rep, but he was awesome and always remembered my name. m

    Staff was very accommodating and super helpful. This is the second repair on my transmission, 2 different problems and I feel they honored the timeline they gave me and did great work!

    I worked with Sakol Hasaphongse and Brendan on the recent purchase of a 2015 Ford Explore Sport for my family. I have to say that this was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, and given that I have worked in the fleet industry for over 25 year and purchased quite a few cars that is really saying something! I was very impressed with Sakol and Brendan's knowledge, professionalism and their excellent service that exceeded my expectations, thank you again. I am very happy to have Harris as my local Ford dealer!

    My biggest complaint when I brought my car in was a really rough idle. Your guys called to tell me no error codes told me about an ESB regarding the MAS but recommended against simply throwing parts at the problem. They did find a broken engine mount but when they returned the car it car idles very smoothly due to the Harris magic. I'm very pleased with the service and your ride home as well.

    We wanted to start looking around for potential vehicles to buy and while on vacation we rented a explorer so we decided to see if one was in our price range. The salesman was very patient with us to find the right one and the finance man worked with us with the price.

    Evert Harden sold us our 2015 F150. First he listened well to understand all of our needs.Then he worked diligently to find the right vehicle, at the right price. Evert was efficient, courteous, professional and honest. He was meticulous in the transaction and, when he gave us his word, we found we could trust him. After the transaction was completed, Evert still checked back with us to verify that we were happy and nothing had been overlooked. Great follow through! We highly recommend you do business with Evert. He will work hard for you.

    I have been coming to Harris Ford for the last 10 years with my Escape Hybrid. The service dept has always been knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Most times the work was able to be done while I waited, saving me multiple trips back and forth to Seattle.

    I brought my 2015 Ford Escape in for its 10,000 mile check-up. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were great in communicating with me further service I needed and when I brought my car back for another appointment they were again so friendly and accommodating.

    Ford Fiesta. It would be much better if you guys posted the internet price as how much the car actually is instead of with all the rebates that I didn't qualify for. I won't be doing that again. Kevin was very friendly and easy to talk to, although he didn't tell me the car is technically a manual, so it was driving badly, and I thought it was broken. Took it into the service department where Sean B, helped me assess the car and told me all this. I also didn't ask enough questions and walked out the same day with the car, should have asked some more questions.
