    I called the day prior to have an oil change and battery replacement and was able to schedule for a 1PM appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and when I indicated that I also needed to have the air conditioning serviced, Dan (my service advisor) was able to accommodate me and arrange transportation to and from my residence. The truck was finished, freshly washed and ready by 5PM. Great service experience. Thanks, Wes Gustafson

    I had my car detailed and was very impressed by the quality of the workmanship. I did find one area that had been missed. I called my service advisor, Sean Biegel he had me bring my car back in and had the missed area finished. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Sean's follow up is wonderful and now I have a beautiful looking Ford Escape. Thanks for the great customer service and great workmanship!

    I encountered an unknown problem (griding noise coming from front wheel) and since it was a Sunday - I dropped off the car without an appointment. I used the key drop feature to leave my key and instructions/description of the problem. Mike gave me a call on Monday - after he had already fixed the car. Additionally he made arrangements for me to pay by phone and pick up the car after work. Couldn't beat the service, and the ease in managing the repairs! Thanks Mike to you and your team!

    Harris Ford of Lynnwood, Wa. was excellent! I have but one serious requirement that will determine whether i stay or walk out that very moment.. and that is quality customer service! I do not have to feel like part of the family; but, i must feel like i have the full attention and care, particularly for a large dollar purchase and my hard earned money! .... and these guys went beyond this and DID make me feel like family! All of my needs were met and i was very satisfied... the wait was long; but, it was of my own design and it was very tolerable! Great place, great people... would recommend them and will seek them in the future for my new Explorer!

    I had a "clunking" sound when turning right or left. I said a friend had shown me how to replicate the problem - engine running, in park and turning the steering wheel. It clunked, they fixed it and I am happy. Car steers much better all the way around. Thank You.

    I have bought several vehicles from you guys. I always feel like you treat me fairly. My only complaint is a small one. I bought a new 2014 F-150. I was unaware that it had over 700 miles on it when I bought it. That information was not on the website when I was looking at it to buy.

    I came in at or near 5 pm, my trailer plugs where out and I needed my truck in the morning to haul my trailers, The service rep, went and got a service tech and came out and found many fuses, blown, they fixed me right up and charged me for the fuses but insisted at no labor cost,,,, I was blown away, and very grateful

    The service was excellent. I needed a tire replaced immediately and when I explained my medical situation the lady said to come in now and they would take care of it now. That is service that is greatly appreciated.

  • 2002 Ford Windstar Wiper Motor/Wiring Harness

    My 2002 Ford Windstar wipers didn't work one rainy Monday morning. I was able to get the car into Harris Ford within an hour of calling that day. They found the problem as a bad motor and wiring harness. The motor was in stock, but the wiring harness had to be ordered so they kept the van over 3 nights. I picked the van up about noon on Thursday and the problem was fixed to my satisfaction.

    Everything was fast and easy. Very professional. It was nice to come in and have everything set up. I think I spent a total of five minutes in the office all day.
