    My wife and I had spent more then a week looking for a new vehicle for her. Hours spent at dealerships dealing with the typical "Car salesman" fast talking and pressure to "BUY TODAY." We decided that our last stop would be Sound Ford and if we ran into the same situation we would stop looking for a while. My only regret with this whole car buying process was that we didn't stop at Sound Ford first. From the time we got out of our car to the time we were driving off the lot with a NEW VEHICLE was only 2 hours. We were greeted by a nice sales person who at not time ever pressured us. He left us alone to look and when we had questions was right there to answer. Let me stress once again. WE FELT NO PRESSURE what so ever at Sound Ford. This is a top natch dealership with true professionals. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and every one. Stop wasting time with the other HIGH PRESSURE dealerships and go see Sound Ford. You will thank me. Last but not least...THANK YOU SOUND FORD.

    I was able to work with T online to discuss the details to see if a deal could be accomplished. I knew what features I wanted so we were able to quickly agree on a specific truck and price before I even came into the dealership. When I came in to sign and complete the paperwork the process went smooth and was fairly painless. The truck was prepped and ready in an efficient manner. Vincent showed me around my new vehicle. Both T and Vincent were a pleasure to work with!

    Thanks to Mr. Kwok Yau and Mr. Rakesh Kumar for their kindness, patience, and understanding the customer`s needs during my recent purchase of our 2015 Ford Focus SE.     I've been very happy with the communication I have received from Ben. There were a couple minor follow up items that needed to be addressed. Ben took care of them or helped resolved them and communicated with me so I understood the status.

    We went to Sound Ford due to the large selection and their willingness to negotiate the best deal for the most car. We got just that. We checked other dealers and found exactly the same car but no one was willing to work with us the way Sound Ford did. They were patient and creative to give us the deal we were looking for.

    I've driven the same 1997 Expedition for 15 years and never thought that I would drive anything smaller again but the staff was patient with me and helped me find a Ford Fusion with incredible features and plenty of room.

    I was reluctant to take my car here but since I bought my car at Sound Ford I felt I had to for warranty issues. Big mistake. I scheduled an appointment online and indicated that I would be renting a car while the work was being done. It is a feature offered on their scheduling page. $30 a day through Enterprise. Took time off work and drove to Renton. Walked into the service department and there were three employees standing around staring at the counter. One man said without even looking up, "Someone will be with you shortly". Ok, I wait for him to complete whatever he's doing and tell him I'm here for my appointment. He acts surprised and says there are no appointments on his book. He asks a girl to check another computer for my online booked appointment. After struggling to log in, she says "Nope, don't see any appointment". Never looking at me the entire time. The man then demands to know why I was bringing my car in. I told him it was for an oil change and that I was having issues with the transmission and poor gas mileage on my 2014 Focus with 4400 miles. He then tells me that Ford isn't in the business of buying cars to loan out and that he doesn't have one for me. I said I thought I was renting a car through Enterprise. He had no idea what I was talking about and frankly didn't appear to give a hoot. I had no intention of arguing with him and said I would take my business to an establishment that wanted it. Then I left. That was at 2:30. At 4:30 I get a voice mail at home from the service manager saying he had received my appointment request. He was either pretending not to know that I had already been turned away by his employees or he actually didn't know what was going on in his department. Either way, what a waste of my time. The concept of customer service is completely lost on this business. I guess business must be booming for them to rudely turn away customers. The employees were apathetic and rude. Take your business elsewhere if you care about how your treated.

    1. I visited Sound Ford this PM 08/23/2010 in response to a Sunday ad in Seattle Times on Ford 150 XLT SuperCrews that states 'OFFER EXPIRES 08/23/2010". 2. A salesman named showed me 2-door models on the lot. When I told him that SuperCrews are supposed to be 4 doors, he indicated that sometimes the ads are wrong. When I pointed to him 2 trucks on the lot with stickers clearly saying SuperCrew, he backed-off and we continue discussing the items on sale and discussed color choices. This however left me thinking whether he does not know his product, not trained or just flatly trying to sell me those that are not on sale. 3. He then proceeded on his spiel and talked to a supposedly sales manager. During the discussion with this guy he told me that they do not have the trucks on sale as the sale event was only from Friday to Sunday. 4. By that time I was so miffed I decided to walk out and blurted about reporting this to the BBB, to which the allegedly sales manager sarcastically responded "Do you need my signature?". Wrote BBB/AG/FORD and visited all rating sites I can find. [violative content deleted]

    It was a wonderful and pleasurable experience with Sound Ford. With the situation I was in I was hesitant that they could get me out of my problem with my current vehicle. As with other dealerships I was told no problem come on down and only to get there and be told sorry we cannot unless you come up with this amount. Sound Ford was true to their word, had my car waiting for me when I got there. Was in and out in less than 2 hours, Ed J. and Yonas were great to work with. Paid of my old vehicle loan in which other dealerships turned us down and walked out with a 2013 Ford Focus.

    I've bought two vehicles from Sound Ford. I should have known better after the first. Now, I don't even like driving by the dealership. For example, the second vehicle I bought had a broken driver seat belt. I told them as safety equipment I wouldn't buy "as is", they would have to repair it. They agreed, but weren't going to document it. After I insisted, they did write it on the purchase agreement. When I picked it up, I checked the seat belt and it worked. For a day! When I brought it back, they argued until I showed them the purchase agreement and told them I was contacting BBB. They grudgingly fixed it, and that was the last I drove or will ever drive on their lot.

    We were looking for a very specific F150. Edward at Sound Ford was the only dealer representative that found exactly what we were looking for. he brought the truck in for us.

    I wanted to upgrade my car for about 5 months. I really liked the new 2013 Focus. I inquired on one through Edmunds.com and my request went to Edward at Sound Ford. He handled my request for info very professionally. I found out they had the exact one I wanted. They offered me the car at what Edmunds said I should buy the car for. All paperwork was ready when I showed up and it was a very easy process.

    Bob H. was excellent to deal with. We hashed out an honest and fair deal for my trade in as well as my new truck purchase. Everything was delivered as promised and I was extremely satisfied.

    My wife and I visited Sound Ford and were treated terribly. We were looking for a couple of AD cars in the paper. We were dumped off twice to different salesmen and dragged around the lot while listening to the salesman try to get us to buy a more expensive car. We told them we had a fixed budget and couldn't afford a more expensive car. When we were finally finished, they insulted us. I wouldn't trust this dealership with anything. We finally purchased a car at Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent. They were very customer oriented and got us what we needed and not what we couldn't afford. We are totally satisfied with Bowen Scarff Ford just down the street from Sound Ford.

    While looking for a new car I contacted Sound Ford since they where the closed Ford dealer in the area. They invited me to come over and test drive the type of car I was interested in, a Mustang. The sales person showed me different options and at the end I found the car I liked. The car was somewhat over my budget limit, but they were negotiable and we met somewhere in the middle and giving me an OK price for my old car. The paperwork for the car was very quick and less than 3 hours after I'd arrived to test drive I drove off on my new Mustang. I would definitely recommend them, and when there is time to replace my wife's SUV I will use Sound Ford as my 1st option.

    We had been looking for a F150 for a while. I found the exact one I was looking for on the Sound Ford website. I contacted them and Edward J. responded quickly. He verified the truck was in stock and made the whole purchase process very easy. I could not be happier with the service and price I got on my new truck. See Edward when you are looking for a truck!

    I was driving a car I had bought at Sound Ford and was under service warranty. I was switching from defrost to heater when I smelled hot electronics and heard a clap and the system wouldn't switch from heat to defrost. I went in and told them that I thought the servo had burned up. They gave me a service loaner (luckily) and said they would fix it in two days. I called them two days later and they said it was the controller and they would have to order one. It would take a week to ten days. After about ten days they called and said it was fixed. I came in got my keys and drove off lot. After about two blocks, I tried switching from defrost to heat. Nothing happened. I went back and got the service loaner back. After about another week, they called and said it was fixed. This time I tried before I left the lot. It still didn't work. I took the service loaner again. After about another ten days they called again. I tested it when they brought the car around. It worked this time. While I was paying, I asked what was broken. They told me the servo motor had burned up. It took them about a month and it took me three trips to their service department to fault isolate and fix what I told them when I dropped the car off. The only upside is that they provided me with a service loaner (no radio) for a month.
