    Sales and service was very helpful at addressing my concerns and needs. My new car purchase was the best experience I've had. My salesman David seeling, was very helpful, he made the whole transaction smooth and worry free, the delivery process was great and much more than I expected.

    Great experience. Expedited perfectly. We were in and out in 1 hour. Rich Bravata is so easy to work with and laid back. We never felt pressure to buy something we weren't looking for.

    When I received my car back it looked like someone threw up all over the windshield and back window. My mirrors were spotted and difficult to view from. The service writer who took my car offered no explanation for why the car was returned in such poor condition as it was his day off. They got my $1100 I got a filthy car back. My next auto purchase or service will not be at Acura Brookfield!

  • The way it should be

    I purchased a pre owned 2008 rl from AOB this past fall with over 100k miles on it. Hardly a big sale for the dealer but at no time was I treated and less than if I purchased a brand new car. The same can be said for their service department. Kind courteous and helpful. Really a great experience. As it should be.

    Ok where do I start; I have been an Acura owner (as well as my mother) for many yrs. As far as the salesperson Stuart is our go to guy and he is great and has become good friends over the yrs. As far as the service dept. Gary has been there forever and once again the man know his business and will tell you like it is so that their is NO surprises. As far as the other service writers they are good too. Have delt with Collin and David and with both of them you get a great (but fair) explanation for your issue with an understanding personality. I would and do recommend AOB to anyone I know that is looking into a reliable vehicle for your family.

    I usually only deal with one person (Dan Surges) in the service department since I've had my 2004 RL just under three years now. And I must say that I'm blessed to have met him when I first came in (May of 2014) to get my car looked over before my trip to Virginia. Even though my car is 12 years I feel like I get the service as if my car was a 2018

    I leased my first Acura in September and this was my first visit to the service department. In my 20+ years of owning vehicles, I have never been treated better by a service team. They were kind, considerate, honest, attentive, and understanding. True professionals and ultimate class! This validates my decision to lease my car thru Acura and I am so excited that this will be my service team from now on

  • Tire Pressure

    The report indicated that the tire pressure was set at 36psi and when I checked before I took off it read 33 psi and 33 psi This was disappointing because I asked the service agent what it was set at. The overall visit was excellent otherwise.

  • My New 2016 TLX...

    The TLX is a terrific car, handles well, and amazingly quiet. The dealership experience was awesome, professional, and very friendly. Well worth the drive from Green Bay!

  • TLS SH AWD Burns oil

    My 2009 Acura TL AWD burns oil and this dealership as well as Acura of America did not stand behind the product. They played games with 1,000 mile oil consumption test until the extended warranty ended, and said "sorry, unless your burning a quart of oil every 1000 miles we can't help you." No other offer, no compensation. Bad deal, very poor customer service.

    I brought in an RDX for a transmission oil change, and I received a lot more than I was expecting. They fixed a couple of other minor issues for free. They also washed and vacuumed the vehicle. I was very impressed with the service. I would highly recommend them.
