    This is my second car in three months. I leased a Focus for my husband. I can not tell how great the "Home of the nice guy's" is. My husband has never had a brand-new car before and both Mike Walsh and John Dziadosz were great!!! They helped me totally surprise my husband with a new car. Soerens Ford is truly the only place to buy or lease a car. They know how to make dreams come true!!! Customer for life.

    John Schulz is great. I have bought many cars from him. He always is nice and courteous to what our needs are and what we are looking for. He is the best. We purchased a 2015 escape. He showed us everything about the car and helped us get the best pricing. I will for sure keep coming back to him. This time when we bought our car it went really fast!! That I am also happy about. We got our new vehicle the same day. I love the 2015 escape!!

    Greg R was great. However, we are very disappointed with the dealership's management. The owner was at the showroom when we picked up our Escape, but never came over to talk to us or to say thank you for our business. No one other than Greg talked to as. I know that it was not a $50,000 F150 that we bought, but we have been bringing our Windstar to your dealership for almost 6 years and we bought a new vehicle. Yet no one in management came over to talk to us. We are very disappointed and are considering going to another Ford dealership for our future business. Very disappointed!

    Purchased my 2015 Mustang from Soerens. The demand was high and the expected waiting time is 12 weeks. The people at Soerens made every effort to shorten my waiting time and was super patient and helpful during this process. Got the car before Christmas. I was really really happy about this buying experience.

    Recently purchased a 2014 Escape. It was a no-hassle experience dealing with people who I believe, genuinely appreciated my business. I liked the fact that I was offered a fair trade-in value for my vehicle and didn't have to "haggle" over the final purchase price. John S. was the sales representative---very knowledgeable and professional!

    I bought a Ford Focus in 2005 from Soeren's Ford and I am quite happy with the experience. I got a competitive internet price quote from Ruth Wondolkowski and, quite refreshingly, everything proceeded quite well with everything quite transparent. Unfortunately, on the day of delivery, I saw two small dents in the side from other car doors. Upon pointing these dents out and saying I didn't want the car, they said they would have a "dentless" repair guy fix them and to please wait until then to decide whether or not to accept the vehicle. I came back in a couple of days and the prior small dents were invisible! I literally could not tell where they had been! So I highly recommend Soeren's Ford as they were honest, straightforward, helpful, and gave me a quite good deal.

    Just purchased my 21st vehicle from the same car salesman, and no I'm not related to him. His name is John S. and I've followed him out to Soerens Ford in Brookfield, WI I'm not rich, I'm a self employed home improvement contractor. Mind you, I usually show up to buy a vehicle in my work clothes, complete with holes and paint spatters. If you would have told me that someday, one of the people I would trust the most in this world, would end up being a car salesman, well insert your own joke here. Over the years, I've grown to trust John Schultz. I was a Chevy guy back in the late 1980s when I found this unique salesman that sold Fords. After the first two vehicle purchases, I was sold on John S. When was the last time you walked out of a car dealership knowing you got the best deal possible? I actually switched my car loyalties from Chevy to Ford because I trusted that I was getting the best deal, and the best advice from the car salesman! Never any pressure to buy, no song and dance, no making an offer and playing the back and forth game. Then I became sold on Ford cars and trucks. I have never been disappointed since. I've had everything from Rangers to a F350, and now I've purchased my fifth F150, a Eco-boost Crew Cab 4x4. Beautiful riding, powerful towing, and over 21 mpg on the highway. I'm heading up to northern Wisconsin this weekend, with snow expected, and am actually looking forward to the drive! A note about Soerens Ford. "Home of the nice guys" ( and gals ) is an understatement. I came into the dealership with my F350 with 252350 miles on it, just to nose around if there was any deals out there on a different truck. My son out in Washington State, just bought a new F150 and had called to let me know about the great rebates he got, and of course if the kid just got a new truck, so should Dad. So I stopped at Soerens Ford to take a look. John and I reviewed what kind of truck I needed for my business, I tow an enclosed trailer, and a boat. Walking in I was convinced I needed a V8 to tow. Then I received an education on the advantages of an Eco-boost engine with the max tow package from both John and the Sales Manager, Mike W. I was sold. Now they had to find me one with the particulars I needed. Sure enough, a dealership a couple hours north of Soerens had one left. They had the truck transferred to them, and I had my new truck by 4:30 the next afternoon. Which brings me to Ford Credit. The financing process through Soerens Ford is worry free. I knew within an hour what the terms and payments would be. Being in the construction field the past five years has been, let's say, challenging. Three years ago I unfortunately had to go through a bankruptcy. The only company that went out of their way to help me get through this trying time was Ford Motor Credit. They called me to offer any assistance they could, so I could keep from losing my vehicles. Instead of writing me off, they worked with me. I will never forget that. The only two purchases I've made on credit since then, has been two new Ford vehicles. I even received great interest rates, which really helped make the purchases affordable.     Went in knowing what I wanted during my lunch hour. There were only three available in the midwest and I had my negotiations done and the order made in under 45 minutes. I got the edmunds fair market price for the new car and about 900 more than I expected on the trade in. Took delivery during lunch hour a couple days later an was out in 1/2 an hour. I got the extended warranty to make it easier to sell myself. They uncut the Ford ESP site by $50 for the same coverage.

    In my search for a new car, I ran into very disparaging sales people not listening to what I was looking for. I sent out an email from the Ford website to various dealers and the first response was Adam T. at Soeren's Ford. I knew what I wanted (model and options) but just could not find the car on my own. Adam listened to everything I wanted and got my perfect car. Adam made the whole process less stressful than my previous dealings with other dealers. He was up front, did not try to pressure me into a car I did not want and followed through with everything he said he would. It was the best car buying experience I ever had! Thank you Adam!!
