My salesman Andrew matched me with a well priced vehicle that met my needs and then thoroughly explained how… to use the features found on my car. The dealership was spotless and the guest lounge provided snacks and coffee/pop while they appraised my vehicle and took care of some of the paperwork. With so many comfort and convenience features, it's so much different from years ago of buying a car and taking the keys and driving off. Taking the time to show all the features, down to making a point of which side to of the vehicle the gas cap is on to initial maintenance, and configuring the audio system with my phone and On-star trial set-up made for a wonderful trade-in experience.A Very satified Customer

by russss on 06/20/2014Went for a oil change, mechanic encountered a problem with the threads being stripped on oil pan. The service people kept me informed about the problem and how they would temporarily fix it. I appreciated their honesty and their concern for… the extra time this would take. Placed a temporary oil plug in and received a message from the service people the next day that a new oil pan was in. Made an appt. to have it replaced in a timely manner. The service people kept me informed during the entire process.an amazing service dept.

Emily, Kevin and Jim are the first to greet you and I have never seen any of them in a bad mood or unkind to a customer. They… are always cheerful and very accommodating. I have also had to discuss some issues with Rob when I wasn't happy about my car and he was so mild mannered and calm, never got excited or upset even managed to calm me down. It is heavy, can drive through the snow, and is toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It… appears to be well made, and I haven't had any major issues with it. GMC provides financial assistance for some services. The service at Clason, a GMC dealer, is excellent. I can always get in and a loaner car is available when I need it. The car is inspected and any issues are brought to my attention. For the oil change I had recently, I stayed and waited for it. The staff were friendly and helpful and the new waiting area was comfortable. Thanks for the great car and great service!Buick Lacrosse 2012
