My experience with Mark and Virgil made the trip to Milwaukee worth it. Virgil was kind, made the deal work, and then explained everything about my new Jeep. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed or pressured. I would definitely… buy from Griffin Hub again and have Virgil as my salesman.

by MsToni on 04/21/2019My boyfriend had a fender bender on March 6 in my truck. I took it Griffin Hub thinking its specializing in saling jeeps maybe they should have good mechanics that knows jeeps. THINKING COMPLETELY WRONG. This place had my truck for five… weeks. The damages wasnt that bad looking at all. I've had worsen fender bender that didnt take that long. I had extra miles on my truck. It was a fresh 1k started on my speedometer. Which was strange to me. How is that? I can count for 12k total before I gave them my truck. Now I have an extra 1k miles I dont know how they got there when I wasnt driving it. My truck was used when I bought it but drove like it was new. Now when I drive down bumpy street in slow motion I hear clunking noise when I roll over them. I advise anyone before doing service with them. Take pictures of your mileage because someone there is driving people cars. It might sound crazy but my truck doesnt drive the same and I have extra miles on my vehicle that needs to be explained.Advertising scam with "Money Carlo"
by stephen007 on 10/01/2016Griffin's Hub uses a "Money Carlo" gamepiece mailer to make you THINK you've won a new 60" television... but you haven't. I couldn't believe the number of people at the dealership that were duped (we all had "won") and the number of… others that were pissed off on Yelp & Facebook. It got so back that Griffin's Hub had to turn OFF comments on their Facebook site because of all the negative reaction to the promotion. Search "Money Carlo" on the web & you'll see the tactics they are using to get people into the dealership. [HTML removed]VERY disappointed with lease buy-out terms
by Bad_Jeep_Lease on 07/27/2013updated 04/25/2025I was very disappointed in that the lease buy out amount was $2500 higher on the lease company (Ally) documents versus the dealer documents and I signed both these documenst teh same day! When I presented this to teh dealership to discuss… they shrugged their shoulders & said there was nothing they could do. I firmly believe they were fully aware of the disparity and were only interested in completing the lease deal. I have previously leased 2 other vehicles from this dealership & will not trust them again. I strongly recommend caution and watch the details very closely

Hi Toni: Our Body Shop Manager, Allison was contacted about your review of our services. She says they had your vehicle back in and have located the suspension piece causing the clunking noise. We sincerely apologize to you for missing that. The reason it took longer than anticipated is we found additional damage once we took your truck in and the insurance company took longer than normal with supplements to the original claim. Griffin had to wait for approval before we could begin work. Our process includes photographing the vehicle when we take it in and we do have a picture of your odometer when it was dropped off. It is showing only 20 miles additional since we took it in. We are sincerely sorry for this misunderstanding. Please know we appreciate your business.
