Sold truck from under us after we had agreement and financing to purchase
by Matt M on 12/29/2020Horrible dealer. I made an agreement to purchase a truck on a Saturday. I asked if they needed a down payment to hold the vehicle until I could pick it up on Tuesday, and the salesperson Wade assured me that would not be necessary. I… obtained financing and had cashiers checks printed to the dealer name as specified by Wade. He then texted me Monday evening saying they had sold the truck and he was sorry, there is nothing they could do. Very poor business practice. They also charge ridiculous "doc" fees and a bogus "anti theft" fee to the tune of nearly $800.00. Do your research and buy somewhere else.
