  • Will mess w your car for local law enforcement

    Show me jagged man made hole my oil pan man-made. Won't give proof or even note that. I took my car in it wouldnt shift rite. They said they took It for a ride. Nothings wrong w it. Then it won't move out there stall. So they show me someone at 130ns Steven's st put glue in my stick shift. And won't note it or give anything but work order. Think had 3 other oil leaks inside 2 months time to boot. And replace hear and cooling system. They claims chevy sonics heat and cooling just doesn't work rite it's the fan that's the issue,and nothing on recalls online it does say sometimes they leak coolant. Don't take your car there esp if ppl don't like u in this crap town. My brother a ex employeee of there's I turned in for child neglect. The complaint was proven true and I still got prob almost 4 yr later. W ppl from this town. They will help hide damages. Or point them out then won't include that on there repair sheet where u pay um. And u walk away still no heat.

    Because the model I was looking for was not on the showroom floor. The sales personnel look stunned when I asked how I could purchase a new car. Left and purchased a car elsewhere.
  • Sold me a beat up car not as described, terrible service

    Purchased a 2014 Audi from Rhinelander. I was buying the car from out of state, and Rhinelander has been the WORSE buying experience I've ever had. Here's just a list of their shenanigans: 1) delivered a car that immediately needed new brakes, and new power steering. $2K repair bill immediately. This was not mentioned anywhere in the vehicles description. 2) delivered a car that was absolutely filthy inside. Dirt everywhere. Multiple interior panels were badly scraped up. Again, not as described. 3) Rhinelanders staff would ignore my repeated phone calls and emails. They said they overnighted the paperwork to me, but instead they waited an entire week, and then sent paperwork by regular mail to the wrong address 4) no temporary registration at all. Got pulled over and was arrested for driving without car paperwork (thanks Rhinelander!) 5) the entire process of buying took weeks upon weeks, with no updates and no explanations for the delays. Since when does car dealer drag their feet when you are giving them money? Their attitude is always "give us your money, now go away". Even as I write this, they still have not given me any answers to these questions. I asked to return the car, and they said NO. Go elsewhere! Other dealers have cars too, and they will treat you better!

    i am so very pleased with the professional manner that was used in fixing my brake problem. i had no idea . dan melby is my main man. he is always ready to help me and his manner puts me at ease. tom was able to fix my problem efficiantly. kudus to your staff. car service with you is a pleasure. good cookies sincerely deb carlberg

    I drive a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid which I purchased from my dealer here in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. I love the car, but had a rattle in the dash that was driving me crazy. After three visits to the dealer with no luck fixing it, I received a call from the service department informing me that they had received a service bulletin from Toyota addressing exactly my problem. I brought the car in and they spent all day virtually disassembling and reassembling the dash with a noise canceling kit. It worked perfectly. I now have the perfect car. I've written about it in more detail in the Camry Hybrid and Camry forums. Many thanks to a great dealer for going the extra mile, from one of the six Edmund's Consumer Test car drivers.
