The entire staff consists of professional and very friendly… down-to-Earth people; from initially walking through the front door to delivery of the vehicle, they ALL made me feel welcomed and never uncomfortable. My sales representative, Jason Green, ensured the process was incredibly seamless; he assisted me in choosing the right vehicle for my lifestyle and was extremely passionate about the supporting my choice. Boucher offers many flexible financing options from all the top lenders; they selected several aggressive plans and guided me in making the smart choice. And finally, a convenient location as well as accommodating service hours will ensure my new car is maintained by certified professionals. The sales staff Sandy Briggs and Kevin Dennis were an absolute… joy to work with!! They understood my needs and bent over backwards to make my deal happen not to mention pleasurable!!! This dealership comes highly recommended by me...Thank you!!!BEWARE OF SANDY BRIGGS
by jlorenz on 09/01/2011updated 04/24/2025My experience was horrible thanks to Sandy Briggs! DO NOT GO TO SANDY!!!! Kristina Beck, the Finance Manager was AWESOME! Disappointed that the Boucher Group would keep an employee like Sandy, doesn't show good character. She blatantly… tried to rip me off. I had settled on a price at a different Boucher dealership after she let me sit for an entire hour without word 1 while she decided to help another couple. She saw me leave, said nothing, however, she called me after I made the deal & sd she talked to her boss and she could get me into the car for $100 MORE than what I settled on! Then had the gall to ask if she could do it for the same price wd I still work with her! CRAZY! First she completely disrespects me by letting me sit with no communication for an entire hour, watches me leave and says nothing then calls to tell me she can rip me off $100! What a charmer! BTW her boss and dealership knew what the deal was, so did she, she just wanted to try to get another $100. SHE IS THE EPITOME OF A USED CAR SALESMAN!!! GOD AWFUL!!! Again, Boucher itself was fine, Kristina AWESOME - just beware of Sandy Briggs.
