I am very satisfied with my buying experience with Joseph A at Carson Honda. I walked in to explore options for a lease trade in and immediately felt that there wasn't any pressure to make a sale. Joseph was very diligent in understanding my financial needs and what was important to me as a customer. Joseph upheld Honda's "VIP Customer" service reputation by first highlighting the rewards of brand loyalty and promoting incentives for a brand new 2024 Honda Accord. Additionally, Joseph connected me with the General Manager who again highlighted the rewards of being a vip customer. Upon purchasing my car, I did not feel that there were any hidden gimmicks or questionable sales tactics. The overall experience was 10-stars and I would certainly want to work with and/or recommend Joseph A. for future car purchasing options.
