Inspect your car before you leave!

I recently purchased a certified pre owned car from This dealership. The car was not ready as it needed to be detailed so I came back the day after signing paperwork to pickup the car. It was night time and dark and the salesperson who sold me the car was with a customer so the pickup was rushed. The next day I noticed the car was not detailed well and there were very visible and gross stains. Additionally, the leather around parts of the steering wheel is worn down and the door has scrapes on it. I was told I could bring the car back to the dealership to be detailed again however that hasn’t been scheduled yet and I live an hour away from the dealership so it’s very inconvenient. Don’t take your car home at night or without inspecting it!

Responding to Kennedy from the dealership - I’m also very disappointed with my experience. I reached out to the sales person Wednesday morning to schedule bringing my car back and haven’t heard back, not sure if he’s out of town. I did also leave a voicemail for the manager this morning and am waiting to hear back.
