Paul was VERY patient & helpful (no pun intended)! The only frustrating strategy was “the month is coming to an end & we don’t know what October will bring in regard to pricing.” Really? A corporation as large as Honda doesn’t know what’s planned for 48 hours away? The other improvement would be to not “wad” the Final Sale paperwork into a business envelope that won’t close. For as much money as we spent, would have been nice to receive the paperwork in either a folder where it’s not folded or via email as a scanned PDF. (I’m scanning everything anyway.) thank you!
