After having an accident that left my only form of transportation a total loss, I needed to find a reliable and quality vehicle fast. After searching on CARS.com for several days with a handful of possibilities, only one stuck out from the rest, 2013 Lincoln MKX. Now I've never been much of a fan of salesmen trying to butter me up with fake conversation and talk to me like we have been friends forever. But to my surprise this time it was different. Upon arrival at the dealership, I saw that Bill had brought the Lincoln MKX around to the front and had it warmed up nicely, ready for a test drive. After a short introduction of himself and the Lincoln of course he sent me out on the road. Already, I'm impressed. Friendly and straight to the topic without wasting much unnessay time. I'll get to the point just as Bill did after the test drive. I ended up buying the Lincoln MKX and couldn't be happier. Bill Meier and the team at Zeigler Ford in Lowell MI were amazing to work with by making the whole process friendly but to the point. I feel like the did everything the could to fast track everything along the way, and Bill Meier was very personable, easy to talk to, and worked hard to make everything comfortable, including the price.
