M y wife was upfront w. the need for 3 features: back up camera, lane departure w arning, and blind spot monitor. T he salesperson said "no problem, if they had a vehicle we wanted". W hen my wife later asked to see documentation on the blind spot since we could not find anything on it, her reply was that it would be on the c arfax report which we would get with the other closing paperwork. T hose reprts list damages, service and repairs. T he vehicle did not have it and she lied to us. w e finally found what we wanted at another dealer. W orst experience in my 79 years.
