This dealership has serious problem with keeping their promises. In September I purchased a 2018 eco-sport. Since then ,I have had to take it back too many times to count. First of all my salesman told me that a clean up was done ,{that was a lie}. I had to take it back 3 times to get it clean up right. It seems they were using a teenager with no experience to clean it up, (basically just washed it, and badly. at that. Took back 2 more times to get it done right. . In October the windshield washer motor goes out. so I made a service appt that took days to schedule once there they didn't get in shop until 35 min past my appointment time. then they kept it in the shop nearly 3 hours. When it was ready the service manager told me that they couldn't fix a ford here at shop where I bought it also said we are a Hyundai shop no body here can fix a Ford told me to take it to Ford dealer. This is just one disservice they put me thru. Took to ford dealer with paperwork stating that they {LHM put a pump motor in the day before I bought it} so theres' another lie. I have much more to tell someone who will listen at this so called dealership. I have talked to many people there with absolutely no satisfaction. Not one person there was willing to help me. The truck was never even washed before putting on lot. Not to mention I didn't get to see vehicle clean until after I signed sales papers.. Then I noticed alot of imperfections such as scratches, dents and nasty front end thousands of nics in hood and grill. I was not shown any of this before until after wash. not to mention the interior was repulsive {sand and goatheads everywhere, underbody had 4" of mud caked on everything under truck.. I have issues with them not washing until after papers were signed. I have issues with the service dept and their deception skills, salesman was less than helpful , finance mgr {Chris} berating me everytime I called or seen him. Its like they treat me like I am trying to get something for free., Keeping me and my car in service for 3 Hrs and not fixing their mistakes. so that was a waste of my time which they knew would infuriate me more. I am very disappointed in your people and services. I will tell everyone how you guys sell cars and decei ved me countless times. And there are still more issues to talk about if they had management that will listen. Do not buy any of their cars, there's usually a catch and these guys {all managers} and some sales feel the need to deceive their customers. Maybe its because I didnt want a new car or a hyundai. You only deceive used car buyers ? If none you want to do the right thing keep in mind this thorn in my side isn't going away until I've had an in person meeting with General manager and get what I want and paid for. We can end this if I saw at least one person that was willing to take responsibility for svc people that don't work on fords to say they did what was on FAKE SERVICE PAPERS
