Very Poor Trade In Offer

Deal was going along very well until they came back with the trade in offer on my SUV. They were offering about 30% of KBB and $5000 less than Carmax (yes Carmax offer in hand). The trade in offer was insulting and killed the deal. According to the sales rep they didn't want my SUV on the lot. Helloooo Carmax.
