Purchasing a vehicle can be an exhausting process with various factors in your decision making. From the very first interaction he was laid back making you feel comfortable as if you had known him for years. The test drive is where I feel he stood out above any other experience I’ve had. Instead of just giving you the keys to circle around the block, Phillip took the time to sit in the driver seat showing all the interior features of the vehicle. Next he drove the vehicle a short distance to demonstrate all the additional features that I possibly wouldn’t have noticed/tested had he not done so. During the sales process he was very knowledgeable on a lot of tough questions I had and made himself readily available with quick responses to any email/phone call. During the final sales process he was extremely detailed on every document making sure I had a full understanding before moving on. It’s not often you make large purchases feeling as if you 100% made the right decision but Phillip made the process so transparent I drove away smiling with confidence.
