The 2022 Ford EcoSport's name suggests a harmonic vision of performance and efficiency. Alas, there's nothing very sporty or economical about its wheezy three-cylinder engine. We're also disappointed with the choppy ride quality and lack of advanced safety features. A large cargo area makes it a compelling choice for active lifestyles, however.

I love my eco sport. I have the 2021 in gray exterior tan interior. Driving is easy and sporty. Great for in town, school, work, shopping. I have driven several 4 to 6 hour road trips, vehicle is very comfortable. Its drawback on highway driving is the engine power, it struggles through the mountains, but not enough to be a problem. When I first saw this car in the showroom, I had my doubts. It seemed small and a bit funky to me. Then I sat in it and took it for a test drive. What a difference! I fell in love with it right off. I needed a small commuter for work, but I live in the NW. AWD was a must have. I've had great luck with fords in the past. This fit the bill for me. Small. (5"a 5" man and it has great visibility.) 2021 Ford EcoSport SE 4dr SUV AWD (2.0L 4cyl 6A)

The Ecosport does not come with a spare tire. Ford Pass was of at little help when we had a flat tire. They sent put a wrecker at our expense. I guess most people don't change tires anymore.
