The 2022 Ford EcoSport's name suggests a harmonic vision of performance and efficiency. Alas, there's nothing very sporty or economical about its wheezy three-cylinder engine. We're also disappointed with the choppy ride quality and lack of advanced safety features. A large cargo area makes it a compelling choice for active lifestyles, however.

I love my eco sport. I have the 2021 in gray exterior tan interior. Driving is easy and sporty. Great for in town, school, work, shopping. I have driven several 4 to 6 hour road trips, vehicle is very comfortable. Its drawback on highway driving is the engine power, it struggles through the mountains, but not enough to be a problem. When I first saw this car in the showroom, I had my doubts. It seemed small and a bit funky to me. Then I sat in it and took it for a test drive. What a difference! I fell in love with it right off. 2021 Ford EcoSport SE 4dr SUV AWD (2.0L 4cyl 6A)

The Ecosport does not come with a spare tire. Ford Pass was of at little help when we had a flat tire. They sent put a wrecker at our expense. I guess most people don't change tires anymore.
