2021 Edge
We are very pleased with our 2021 Ford Edge SE. The 2.0 liter twin turbo engine provides plenty of acceleration and performance. The interior is well appointed; for the SE model. Took a little bit to get used to controlling everything from the touch screen; second nature at this point. Seating is comfortable. The vehicle rides well and the cabin is quiet at highway speeds. I am 6'5" tall and have plenty of leg room on the drivers side and passenger side. There is adequate leg room in the back seat. Cargo provides a lot of space for luggage, groceries, etc. and is easily accessible. Don't like that there is not a CD player; had to put all of my music on a digital format. Would like for there to have been more USB ports. Ford Co-Pilot 360™ is a great system and performs as advertised. I think that I'm getting close to 30mpg at highway speeds. The 2021 Ford Edge SE has exceeded our expectations. UPDATE: I think that it's a very capable vehicle for the money. Plenty of passenger and cargo space. Comfortable seating. HVAC performs very well. Quiet cabin on the highway. Having all of the accessory, phone and audio controls on the touch screen took some getting used to. Handles very well. Co-Pilot Assist perfoms flawlessly. The 2.0 liter twin turbo EcoBoost provides more than ample power and performance with good gas mileage. The 18 gallon fuel tank provides a bit more miles per tank when crusing. The lane change warning is a bit annoying so I drive with it disabled. The ability to turn off the auto start/stop is a great feature. Lots of big windows provide good visibility all around. Handles well in all weather conditions. An all around great vehicle.

The appleplay almost killed me
I got it as a rental. It was set for bright screen, which was too bright for night time driving. Had to google directions for dark screen. Then it had a malfunction with appleplay not displaying gps map. And as much as I tried to disconnect blue tooth, appleplay both on the phone and my car, the evil car refused to release my iphone from its grip so I no gps access at all! The phone defaults to the car display, which is a black screen! I hate this car, and will never rent or buy one! Ford really screwed up with over feeding consumers with technology! They made this mistake years ago, and still did not learn.

It's on the cutting Edge!
I had tried many cars since I lost my 2019 Ford Escape to an accident. None felt more right or comfortable to me than the Edges especially the 2022 and 2021 I drove. I tried the newer Escapes and they are completely changed everything from the body style, dash and etc. I wasn't comfortable or happy. But when I got into the Edges I felt confident, comfortable to drive and I liked the style in and out of the car. I knew immediately this car was for me. I liked the how the seats were able to adjust to fit my height, the windows are positioned in a way I like that makes me comfortable to check my blind spots. I didn't find anything I didn't like, and I am glad I was able to get AWD for those Michigan winters.
