Unexpected Breakdown: 2025 QX60 - Engine Stalled
I recently purchased a brand-new Infiniti 2025 QX60 (Luxe) from Infiniti of Omaha on August 24, 2024. Unfortunately, less than two months later, my car has spent about 20 days in the dealer service center. On September 19, I experienced a serious issue: the Malfunction Indicator Light began blinking, the car automatically shifted to neutral while driving, and the engine behaved erratically. Then, on October 24, the same issue reoccurred—this time, the car unexpectedly shifted to park and stalled at a traffic light. My wife and child were left stranded in chilly Nebraska weather for about 3 hours until the car was towed, a very distressing experience. Now, more than three weeks later, Infiniti Consumer Affairs is considering options, including an engine replacement or a repurchase. Given that this is a brand-new car, I am concerned about the idea of an engine replacement and would prefer a full refund (including taxes) or a replacement vehicle. I hope Infiniti will take full responsibility and work toward a resolution that reflects the trust customers place in their brand.

Nice, comfortable car
White, with brown trim 2025 qx 60 Autograph, 1 year old, 7800 miles, I have had no issues with this car. Took a little time to get used to infotainment system. Ride is comfortable, seats are nice, fold down back seats and you have plenty of room. MPG varies from 23-25 depending on road way and driving. To pass a little sluggish for about a second when turbo kicks in it is fine. The only issue I have is the qx60s map.
