Bought my first 2014 jeep 5 yrs ago after always having a Ford for 30 yrs. Loved that car. Felt safe & secure in it. Comfort excellent. Winter driving was the best. Traded it againfor a 2019 jeep grand cherokee overland with all the bells & whistles again. Absolutely loved this car to until the winter months. The tires that are all season like my last jeep were absolutely terrible in the snow. Do not feel safe with these tires at all. When you pay a lot of money to have everything on a car, good tires should be a part of the package. I'm rating the car a 2 because of this. Everything else is great about this car however when you live in a state with 5 months of snow, feeling safe in your vehicle is a number 1 priority. I don't feel this in this car this time. Very disappointed . The dealership & salesman , they're the best. Have never had any problem with him. Have gone to him for many years & he has always done us good. He's not to blame on this rating, it's Jeep themselves
