Bought 2 of these nightmares because of aesthetics
Background on me, I have has LRs since I was 24 years old continuously and have never had so many issues with a model! You would think that LR would take care of such a loyal 20 year customer but it doesn't matter to them. I always say, when something is good a consumer may only tell 10 people but when its bad they will tell anyone that will listen. Nightmare - I bought two of these when they came out. One for my wife and one for me because we fell in love with the design of the car! Since we have bought these they have been in the shop at least 6-8 times for warranty issues. Below are some that are happening on both cars to give you perspective. 1. If you bought with a third row, your kids in the back right are not getting any air flow. Issue is on both of our cars and the response we got from tech is, that's how its designed. 2. Several occasions the seat button to lift the center seats to allow for access to the back of the vehicle for third row just stops working and we have to exit out of the back of the car. Tech response, unless you can have it replicate we cannot fix it. Have shown videos of it to them as well 3. Radiator fluid low sign, doesn't happen on new cars, both cars have had this happen and the response is you need to top them off. My wife just took her car in and now its been confirmed that its a radiator leak. Coincidently enough our second car same year / make model also now has this issue. 4. We bought these with third rows because we have kids and need to room, each time the vehicle goes in, they don't have a vehicle that has a third row as a loaner. In fact loaners are so scarce its a month out to get one. So when you can't drive your car and you can't get a loaner what do you do? Expect more when you pay $180k per vehicle! 5. Brakes are designed to wear out at 14k miles. Not kidding, we are at 38k miles and all I do is drive on the freeway and have gone thru second round of brakes! 6. Software glitches - back passenger light flickers on its own. Touch screen often doesn't work. Currently the car keeps telling us there is a software update that is going to automatically upload (both cars) and in both cars it never does and asks us each time we get in to it schedule a time for it to do so on its own. 7. Seat massager stopped working and the backorder on the part was 5 months. While other car manufacturers are cranking out parts RR can't seem to produce more. 8. Every morning I wake up to a message on the dashboard that says - software update will start on the car and wont be able to use it for 30 minutes. Every morning I accept this update and I relive groundhog day again (movie reference). 9. LR is telling us that it is perfectly normal to have to replace tires on these at 19k miles. I am not one to write reviews, but LR has earned this. Good companies would scour sites like this to find consumers that are disappointed in the quality of their products, lets see if anyone at LR reaches out to make things right. If they do I will add to the bottom of this review with a update. For now, I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and quality of what is supposed to be a luxury vehicle! I would never recommend this brand / vehicle to anyone.

Beautiful car, many issues, no spare parts to fix
I placed my order for this car in early 2022 (at the time for a 2023 model) and waited almost 2 years for delivery. Finally picked up a 2024 model in Dec 2023. When it works, it’s a great ride, fast (V8), fairly nimble despite its size and weight, comfortable on long drive, quiet, capable on bad roads or off road (but better get off road tires, the standard road going tires can’t take much punishment on rough roads). The car’s electronics have been haunted by gremlins. The car has been in the shop 5 or 6 times within the first year of ownership to deal the check engine light for ominous issues that take a long time to diagnose. Replaced entire engine processing system on warranty but problems reoccur. The dealership had to contact the factory to follow complex trouble shooting procedures. Worst issue so far is that Land Rover does not make routine spare parts. After 4 months of a cracked windshield, we still don’t have an ETA for the part to replace it, None-OEM parts are not available either and would void warranty. I have called Land Rover Customer Support many time, nothing they can or want to do about parts on back order. I owned numerous other European cars, including e.g. an Alfa Romeo (made in Italy), which never had electronic gremlins and spare parts were always available, even during and post COVID when supply chain disruptions occurred.

2023 Full Size LWB Land Rover Range Rover SE
Previously owned a 2017 full size, LWB turbo which was littered with service issues. Seeing the 2023, I felt it was one of the most beautiful cars on the road. However, I have battled several maintence issues that have long wait time for parts. I have had a "low coolant" leak and error light for over a year with 4 trips to 2 different dealers, without resolution. More importantly, the brakes have a serious engineering design flaw as they wear out between 15K and 18K miles. I am on my 2nd brake job performed in 18 months and 38K highway miles. The brakes do not support the size and weight of this vehicle. This should be covered by LR. I haven't had a vehicle require brakes in under 40K miles, yet this luxury vehicle has required 2 in less than 38K. I would think long and hard before making this purchase.

Rear seat Entertainment Package a Rip off
Hi Guys. I just got a 2023 P530 Range Rover LWB. A nice truck but here's my thought to the packages they offer. First of all they took the Executive class seating from a LWB Range rover Autobiography. I'm not so sure why?? Secondly, the phone app is just a simple app that shows activity on your truck. BMW and other vehicles have a farmost better app and technology when it comes to phone apps and features. Secondly. I paid $ 3500 for Reat seat Entertainment package. Which I was not sure but I had high expectations for the money I paid. The description of the package on website doesn't tell you too much. But in general, all I was given is 2 screens and 2 Bluetooth headphones. There is no navigation and no other contents other than hdmi input. Surprisingly Range Rover didn't even upgraded the sound to 3D Merdian since I paid so much money. What a rip off. Please stay away from this upgrade. Range Rover should answer all the clients who are experiencing this issue. I am not pleased with spending $3500 and getting 2 screens to watch TV shows from a HDMI cable??? Hoping someone can explain is it worth asking $3500 from clients?? Why not just buy 2 iPad instead. . Not impressed guys. Thanks Range Rover.
