Brand new Lexus NX250 with not even 400 miles is giving me issues already that the dealer doesn’t know what’s wrong with it. They were able to see that the car turned itself off in the computer logs, but couldn’t figure out why it would do that. I am 77 years old and had Lexus UX 200 base model that had very good safety features. I upgraded to NX 250, 2022 base model hoping it will have all the features of UX 200 and more. Very disappointed that it does not have the basic safety features like rear cross traffic alert and automatic breaking. Love the look and comfort of our first SUV. Also find the 2.5 liter engine to be perfect. It lets us merge onto the highway with ease and has been surprisingly good on gas.
