Avid RX owner
I drive extensively and this is my fifth RX. Yes number 5, when you drive to remote areas it all about realizability. Previously I had the 2015 RX which drove fine but had slot of temperamental electronics. The new 2020 has premium package offers every safety feature, brake hold, cross traffic front and rear, blind spot warning you name it. I do love the heated steering wheel, and the auto heated seats. The app works great for remote start and locking. My only comment is I think the car sounds a bit tinny when you run it through the car was and at times when closing the doors, I hope the body is still as rugged as my previous models. Highly recommend.

Wonderful vehicle
The RX 350 is the best car I've ever owned. Extremely comfortable, roomy, and a great highway ride. My last car was a BMW 430ix which couldn't make it past 38,000 miles without a major drivetrain malfunction. I am looking forward to many years of Lexus enjoyment. Major pluses for me are the safety features, the touchscreen and the wonderful ride. If it handles the snow as well as I anticipate, I will be overjoyed with my purchase.

Creature FeaturesHUD HUD all 🚙
This has more features than our last (2017 RX 350) Lexus. We were disappointed that the 2020 didn’t have a redesign as we had expected, but the features that changed were welcomed. The technology is more than we expected. It still has that beautiful wide open windshield that we loved so much on our 2017 RX. This year’s RX is somewhat quieter and has a more comfortable ride. We loved our 2017, but this year’s is even better. Want reliability and a wonderful ride this is your best choice. We never had a thing go wrong with our 2017 and we assume this will not disappoint us, we’re sure. Trying to use the trac pad is not east, just as Edmonds reviewed. It is very poor, but the touch screen makes up for it as does the voice command. This feature needs a name to ask for assistance like the Apple computer with Siri or the Amazon Echo has Alexa. I should also comment on the improved turning radius on the 2020. We hope they never take the HUD feature away from this vehicle. It’s a fantastic safety feature. Not taking your eyes off the road to see your speed is a feature all cars should have. Another comment regarding the trac pad, never use it while driving. All the features on this vehicle are very helpful.

Worthless remote start
I live in an area that gets cold snowy winters so a remote start is a must. The Lexus actually have 2 ways to start the car remotely so I thought this would be great. The first way I tried was on the key fob only to find that it won’t start from inside my house. I actually have to open the door and stand in the doorway to point the key fob at the car. Well that’s not an option when it’s 12 degrees out. I then tried the key fob from inside a store. Nope that didn’t work either. I found that the only way to get it to work is if I was within 50 feet of the car. By the time it started I was all ready there so the car was not warm or defrosted. Next I tried the Lexus app on my phone. Surely that will start my car. They said I can start my car from across the country! Ok this time I’m at the store, I tap my Lexus app, I then have to sign in, then they have to send me a code for me to put in. I finally input all my information. I push the button. “ contacting vehicle” then “ sending request” yay it started but unfortunately it took so long I could have been home. At one point it told me my request was going to take up to 24 hours yikes. Soooo... I talked to the dealership for the umteenth time and asked if I could get an old fashioned remote system installed on my new 2020 rx350 only to be told that it would void my warranty. WHAT! I’m actually sorry that I bought this car because it has tons of conveniences that I like but this is a major one that makes owning this car a problem.
