2024 Mercedes-Benz EQS Trims Comparison

It's offered with three power levels:

• Single-motor rear-wheel-drive EQS 450+ (355 horsepower, 419 lb-ft of torque)
• Dual-motor all-wheel-drive EQS 450 4Matic (355 hp, 590 lb-ft)
• Dual-motor AWD EQS 580 4Matic (536 hp, 633 lb-ft)

All models draw power from a 118-kWh battery pack. DC fast-charging capability is standard up to 200 kW and should replenish the battery from 10% to 80% capacity in 31 minutes.

Once you choose a model, you select either Premium, Exclusive and Pinnacle trim levels.

Premium
The starting trim for the EQS SUV comes well equipped:

• Air suspension with adaptive dampers (can raise or lower the ride height of the vehicle and improve ride comfort and handling stability)

Also standard is the Driver Assistance package with these features:

• Automatic emergency braking assistance with cross-traffic detection (warns if a front impact is imminent and applies the brakes if you don't respond in time)
• Adaptive cruise control (adjusts speed to maintain a constant distance between the vehicle and the car in front)
• Lane keeping assistance (makes minor steering corrections to help keep the vehicle centered in its lane)
• Blind-spot warning with rear cross-traffic warning (alerts you if a vehicle is in your blind spot during a lane change or while in reverse
• Safe exit alert (can prevent a passenger from opening a door into traffic approaching from behind)
• Evasive steering assistance (enhances the forward collision mitigation system with steering-based collision avoidance)

This midlevel model adds:

Pinnacle
The top EQS SUV trim turns up the luxury quotient with:

• Executive second-row seat package
• Heated rear seats

• Second-row center armrest
• MBUX infotainment tablet
• Wireless rear-seat charging pad
