The Murano is definitely tuned for comfort and it shows. The seats are both supremely comfortable and supportive. We recently went on a four hour road trip and there were no complaints from any of us. The wide sidewall tires absorb road imperfections easily without being too floaty. The naturally aspirated V6 provides decent acceleration without the turbo lag of many smaller turbocharged engines common these days. The CVT is much improved compared to my 2012 Altima. It keeps the revs low without that rubber band feel. It even simulates the shifts of a traditional geared automatic transmission on hard acceleration. A major complaint about the driving experience is that front visibility is extremely poor. The A pillars are way too thick and can easily block your view of a pedestrian when turning. Also, the hood has a raised edge near where the hood meets the windshield, which often reflects sunlight right back into my eyes. The steering is a bit too stiff at low speeds. The interior seems to be made with soft, high quality materials. It is, however, a bit short on storage space. The car would benefit from a storage cubby between the front seats. The infotainment screen is a dull matte plastic instead of glass like on newer models. The display gets washed out easily in the sun and can be extremely slow to respond to touch inputs. Both the bluetooth connectivity and Apple CarPlay work on and off. The vehicle's entire electrical system seems to suffer from a delayed response. Shutting off the engine, changing audio input, climate control settings -- everything seems to respond a split second too slowly after user input. It's definitely noticeable. Unfortunately, the overall build quality of the car is a bit weak as has historically been the case with Nissans. The door gaps between the front driver and passenger doors are wildly inconsistent, there are creaks and shudders in the dashboard and steering column, the power steering pump whines on startup, the drivetrain exhibits unpleasant noises at low speeds, the struts on the trunk lid squeak when closing, the insulation beneath the floor mats are not cut correctly and stick out, the plastic latch on the glovebox feels flimsy. The optional trunk cargo cover broke within the first year when one of the rubber legs snapped off. The replacement unit, which took the dealer 4 months to obtain, does not fit properly, is made from even flimsier plastic, and rattles like crazy when driving. The car just does not look or feel solid and is not up to Honda and Toyota standards. That being said, this car was an absolute steal (3 year/36k mi lease @ $350/month plus $350 drive off). At this price point, these are compromises I'm willing to live with, but I don't see myself purchasing this car at the end of the lease period.

I hate leather seats therefore got the basic model. Seats are very confortable. And, more than 300 lbs less concerning the curb weight.( 3800 lbs vs 4125 lbs ) Handle well , however the steering feel is on the soft side, I wish it had a better road feel. The suspension is great, with many parts in aluminum. The vehicule has 260 hp with 240 foot/pounds of torque, very adequate for most situations. However, we do not feel all these 260 horses. Surely the CVT is stealing some of them. Noiseless interior cabin. Lots of room in front and at the back. The rear passagers will be happy. I like the shape of the car, the floating roof is OK, at least in dark grey. Cons ! Reflection from the hood , especially that 3 or 4 inches incline near the base of the windshield . A change of hood design is needed in 2022 . Also, a bit of reflection on the right and left side because of the shape of the hood. The hatch struts will squeak after a year, in my case it's the right side one ! Will have to look at this ! The sound system is not great. The car came with good tires ( Continental ) however the wheel design is terrible, at least these 18 inch wheels ! They could have done way better with a more classic design especially with the Murano style. Possibly, I will change these for black ones in the near future. Also, too much chrome on this vehicule , however , I did used that special 3M black tape in some areas, the car looks much better. Easy to apply, easy to remove ! No other issues with the Nissan Murano 2019.

My amazing wife was in desperate need of a new car. Her old 2007 Toyota needed to be gone. I wanted to give her an amazing Christmas gift and Trophy Nissan in Mesquite helped me get exactly what she was looking for
