What is the Crosstrek?

If you fancy a little bit of adventure but don't have a lot of space in your garage, the Subaru Crosstrek might be the ideal vehicle. With a healthy 8.7 inches of ground clearance, the Crosstrek can take you places most small SUVs, including the Honda Fit and the Kia Soul, cannot. It also delivers a fairly comfortable ride and comes with quite a few standard safety features.

For 2021, Subaru added a larger optional engine to the Crosstrek. That went a long way toward taking care of our biggest complaint that the little Subaru is too slow. For 2022, it's unlikely that Subaru will change anything significant on the Crosstrek largely because there could be an all-new generation on the way in 2023.

If you like what the Crosstrek has to offer, there's no need to wait for the 2022 since it should be pretty similar to what's in dealer showrooms now. 2022 Subaru Crosstrek Limited 4dr SUV AWD (2.5L 4cyl CVT)

Purchased a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek Limited model and I absolutely love it. It is so easy to drive and maneuver in traffic, easy to park and really great on gas. It has a pretty quiet ride, great speaker system and all the bells and whistles of more expensive vehicles. I put a lot of miles on my vehicle and am looking forward to driving this Crosstrek for a long time.

This is our first SUV, and we are loving it so far. What we love: - Ride comfort. The ride quality is very comfortable, specially considering its small size. It soaks up the small bumps, and prevents those sudden jarring feelings when you hit those small potholes. - Interior space. Actually feels much bigger than it is.
