2024 Audi Q5 Sportback
This is Audi #5 for me, so I've had a pretty good run with Audi service, customer care, finance, and dealerships. One thing I will say is dealership level service can range wildly from one to the next. Audi 1 and 2 came from one dealership and the last 3 came from another. The first dealership I thought had great service until I experienced the second one, it's what ypu would expect … when you're buying $65-70k vehicles. Nice lounge, occasional Starbucks runs when waiting, plenty of snacks.
The car itself is great. Black with black optics and black interior, red calipers, and brushed nickle/black rims, the car is sexy.
The New seats are very comfortable and hold you well. Suspension is sports tuned in the sportback, holds the road much better and makes the car a lot of fun to drive. Interior buikd quality is exactly what you would expect. Neat seams, strait cuts, all the buttons and levers have a firm quality "click" when using them. The perforated steering wheel feels very nice. The addition of remote start is nice, but not sure how much I'll use it. I've gone this many Audi without it and park in a garage that's heated.
