The good...
This is one fast SUV. Throttle response is right now quick! Passing, merging, just driving is FUN! Smooth ride, good handling. Used the self driving feature last night...wow. Interior is amazing, got the upgraded (Tartufo) leather and suede headliner. The best car I have ever owned!
The bad...
It's going to take me a month to figure it all out. I'm not tech ignorant...but … this car is a computer on wheels, with an operating system that is confusing. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but if you are looking for a car to just get in and drive, this one is not it. You can, but to access all the benefits takes time.
UPDATE: Well, been driving my BMW for over a year now, and my opinion hasn't changed much. Fast, quiet (especially in electric/hybrid mode) and comfortable. I drive it mostly in ECO Hybrid mode (one of 7 modes!) and averaged 52.2 MPG last year. But occasionally, when I'm feeling young (and the road is open and dry) I put it in Sport mode and have fun! It's expensive (especially when you add a dedicated 220V outlet to charge it) but worth it!
