Transmission and Que Screen Problems

2016 Cadillac XTS
Well, first of all, I have 147,000 miles on this car and the Que system is out again. This time the screen is gone, the first time with just 2,000 miles, the whole system was replaced under warranty. The transmission is another issue, however. The torque limiter is going out and low speed take offs are like being on a bucking horse. I love the car and with periodic transmission flushes, … I can live with a little bump or two when I accelerate.
