2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV
Been wanting to go electric but waiting for the much anticipated $34,995 Equinox EV version to become available. Finally here so I traded in my 2020 Equinox gas powered vehicle for the 2025 Equinox EV. I've seen reviews saying "its acceleration is considered "lackluster" and not particularly exciting" but I found the acceleration to be superior to that of my former gas powered Equinox. … I love the one-pedal driving feature that allows the vehicle to slow down and stop using only the accelerator pedal. This regenerative braking helps to recoup and store energy when the vehicle decelerates. Took a bit of getting used to but now I often take an entire trip without touching the brake! All this, and an MSRP of $34,995, the Clean Air Vehicle rebate of $7,500, military discount of $500, and the trade in value of my old Equinox, made it an offer too good to pass up. Not to mention I love driving the vehicle! Mine is an Equinox EV 1LT but there was only the option to select the 2LT model in Vehicle details.
