2023 Chevrolet Malibu
I rented a 2023 Malibu LT for a one way, 800 mile, rental from Raleigh, NC to Venice, FL. I was impressed with this car and I was far more impressed than I thought I would be. The tiny 1.5 liter turbo had enough power and it was great on gas. I got 34 mpg while traveling at an average of 75-79 MPH - yeah, that means it was just two tanks of regular fuel for the 800 mile trip. The car is … quiet on all but the roughest pavement and the seats were comfortable. Oh, and just like most GM vehicles, the A/C is second to none. Overall, this is a fine vehicle.
