2025 Chevrolet Suburban
I traded a 2016 Suburban LTZ that was well traveled. (170,000 miles - Visited 44 States) and was a great vehicle. After 2 Months in the 25 Suburban High Country I can truly say the High Country is highly advanced. The 6.2L is a power monster. The 10 speed transmission does a great job of handling the power. The adaptive air ride suspension has to be experienced to understand how great it … is. Overall I would purchase the same vehicle again. This vehicle if filled with “gee wiz” electronics and will take time to learn how to navigate thru them. The only issue I experienced was snow and ice packing under the automatic running boards and causing them to not deploy. I installed mud guards and all works well now. When hooking up a trailer it wants to know all about it. Once done and saved the blind spot indicator changes to allow for the extra length - very nice. I have experienced 20-22 mpg hwy driving 70-75. Not much different than the previous vehicle with a 5.3L. One note: engine does require Premium Fuel, however after switching from regular I have noticed better performance and fuel economy. I have also noticed better economy after 6000 miles. The High Country package contains many little niceties like under dash floor lighting and lights under the running boards when deployed after dark. To turn on all cabin lights you will need to hold the drivers side overhead lamp for 3 seconds. There are numerous dash layouts that you can choose and even modify to personalize. The Chevrolet App works well with this vehicle for remote start, door lock and unlock and much more. The rear view mirror can be used with a rear camera or set back to normal with a button under the mirror. The auto engine stop can be disabled by a dash button, but does need to be pushed after every start. I am now at 9000 miles and have not experienced any electronic or physical glitches. I am very happy with my purchase.
