1999 GMC Suburban
We bought this vehicle after seeing the 1992 Suburban redesign. We took our three children on a vacation to the Rockie Mountains within days of purchase. This truck went on trips to Florida, Kentucky, Texas, Indiana, to mention only a few. Upon moving to Atlanta, I drove it 400 miles one way to Memphis every weekend for four months. It also drove from Atlanta to Memphis during Hurricane … Katrina. We were battered by winds and rain from Birmingham to Tupelo. We finally bought a new 2015 GMC Sierra 4x4 truck and gave the Beast to my brother-in-law. He continues to drive it to this day. It has near 300,000 mile with the original engine, drive train and exhaust system!
