Very unreliable / Jaguar is extremely unresponsive

2019 Jaguar I-PACE
I leased my I-Pace in December 2019 and due to the pandemic, I have only put 7,500 kms during all this time. Nevertheless, I have had already 3 warranty claims and the car has been towed twice to the dealership due to important failures.
The last failure occurred more than 3 weeks ago and the car is still at the dealership for repair with no target date to have the problem solved. … Feedback from dealership indicates there are issues with the harness / gearbox and parts had to be ordered.
I have contacted Jaguar Corporate by email and phone at least twice a week since the incident and there have not been any reply back from their part (except for an email indicating my case number).
I find myself paying for a very expensive lease for an EV and having to drive a lower cost high fuel consumption vehicle that the dealership lent me. Not at all what anyone should expect.
