2016 Kia Optima Hybrid
I got new Kia about year ago off dealership and moment I left lot it’s been nothing but trouble. Now it’s currently at dealership with an engine blown due to Kia engine settlement that supposed to be fixed for free. It’s been over 4 weeks no vehicle, but stuck with a car payment on a car I can’t drive and being told the transmission already slipping. I just don’t get how when I took car … good car of my car. I will never buy Kia again. I’m not even sure what to do since Kia won’t respond and help me do anything about this whole circumstance. I definitely would have never got this car had I known. I don’t recommend Kia at all.
