2018 Lexus RX 350L
There is an unrepaired recall on many Lexus models including the RX 350L. The replacement part is not yet available, and the defective part makes the vehicle unsafe. According to NHTSA, dealer can not even release this car to a new owner.
(I'm a bit disturbed the car is even showing up in sale listings, resulting in wasted time and effort by buyers; or that this information is not … presented big and bold on the listing; or information is not given for a plan that makes purchasing this vehicle possible; or that the sales people are at least made aware of it [they are not!]).
