2023 Mercedes-Benz EQB
We test drove this and then ended up with it after my “other” MB purchase went to the service dept. for “cosmetics”…
We had the EQB 250+ for a week.
My takeaway is this:
Solid MB with great road manners and excellent brakes.
Why this is a 60k SUV is beyond me. Materials are all good quality but just not a standout. Seats are fairly comfortable and sturdy , but rather hard, and on … the
smaller side. Ride is on the firmer side with good stable control, EQB feels solid,
again so do most cars that are new, no big deal. But this really feels abbreviated
everywhere when it comes to scale. Great single owner vehicle, two people, not so much. I am not a big guy, but the passenger and you will rub elbows on a very small center console. Road noise is fairly pronounced for an all electric vehicle. Sound system is Hyundai quality, plenty of booming base, little else when it comes to fader/treble experience.
Really disappointed in the overall exterior (and interior design)…it’s really U.K.
in the 60s cab look. Overall, it’s a miss.
