2022 Mitsubishi Mirage
I got this car as a rental when my SUV was totalled. It was all they had in the price range allowed by insurance, so I took it. All I can say is Wow. Immediately I noticed how well I could feel the steering and its uncanny connection to the road. After driving an SUV for 20 years, I had become numb to the sensations of driving. Yes, the engine is buzzy, but it's plenty powerful … enough. It takes a moment to hit 70 on the interstate. but who cares? When you're having this much fun getting from A to B, you forget little bothers. The electronics are fine, good actually. Stereo has Bluetooth and phone capability, so what's not to like. Power locks and windows, yep. Only thing is I wish it had leather seats. I'd be in love if the cockpit was a little more plush. And 43 MPG...hot dang. I hope insurance takes their time settling my case cause I'm enjoying every minute of this thing!
